HOW TO MAKE A WATER WALL: DIY Water Bubble Wall for Indoors | Woodworking Projects

- In this video we describe how to make an indoor water feature, which would be great for an entryway or living room. We go over the materials and process we used to construct the feature and the bumps and bruises along the way. Materials:
4' x 8' Melamine Sheet - Base of the feature (Home Depot/Lowes)
Drywall screws - Securing the base - amzn.com/B07H7...
4' x 8' 10mm twin wall polycarbonate sheet - water wall (Local plastic distributor)
2 pieces of 2 x 4 - water wall frame (Home Depot/Lowes)
11'' x 14'' acrylic sheet - base of the polycarbonate sheet (Home Depot/Lowes)
Loctite clear silicone waterproof sealant - seal waterwall to acrylic base and acrylic base to melamine base (Home Depot/Lowes)
White Flex Seal (spray or liquid) - fill in every gap for leaks that remain (Home Depot/Lowes)
Aquarium air pump and 1/4'' plastic tubing - amzn.com/B01EB...

I missed where to put the pump, where the power cords come out, what else is containing the water? Is there a hole for every corrugated hole in that hose?
Now that you’ve had it for a while, maintenance? How do you keep the water clear? Water changes? Where do you fill it, from the top? You can pull the top board off or? Where is all the water gathering to go through the pump and hose?
I know I'm being an old grumpy ex. carpenter. Love the video and you guy's, but PLEASE, let ( 'those who can't hold their booze'), that, Beer and 'Table Saws' do not mix. I lost two fingers, which, 'thank god' they sewed back on. All before I left for an Ocean vacation. Had to wade and hold my arm up the whole two weeks. For Joy! I Drank enough, when it happened to 'not feel it. Just saw my fingers laying there and went ...Whoa!

Um maybe it would look better if Like um ya if it actually worked right like the whole thing had bubbles not just one side & a couple strips toward the middle, Just Saying, That's just my opinion other wise the colored water looks kinda cool,

You could do that if you wanted but we decided to cut fewer holes so the Bubbles would be bigger. We were worried the pump wouldn’t be able to supply that much pressure but I honestly think we made a mistake and it could handle more

Did you guys really look at me with a straight face telling me how much you're happy with this? It doesnt even work properly.........only 7 of your 80 tubes work, come on now...
I forgot to include the clip of me poking holes in the tube but we didn’t cut holes for each section of plastic, we only did a few. We tried a test piece out and the more holes poked made the part of the tube further from the air pump less effective so we opted for less holes. Come on Rabinovich let the bubbles be bubbles!
