My dad just got a 4c spider and he absolutely loves it for what it is. It's not practical in anyway, but the experience is amazing and is most suited for country roads.

Nice video. I think the 4C is well suited to USA roads with no potholes or many speed cameras! I agree about the cheap "bin parts" in particular, it has the same gear select as my current car, Abarth 500......but I can forgive that, it is so beautiful and with the bonus of no silly repair costs associated with supercars. My next purchase.

Since the 4C's stereo sucks anyway, you would be killing 2 birds with 1 stone...

+Shin Ken I tried that with my Lotus and the Bose QC15 earbuds reduce so much noise that you almost cannot hear the road at all! Too much isolation. Good for airplanes; maybe not in traffic!

Sbaglio o hanno migliorato l'handling rispetto alla coupè? Ho visto anche l'altro video dove provavi la coupé e sembra che i sovrasterzi siano meno bruschi e più facili da gestire. È solo un impressione?
your reasons for my liking the car aren't quite valid. this car was not designed to be an everyday driver. If you want an Alfa Romeo everyday driver, then get a Giulia. This car was designed for performance on the track and at higher speeds (25mph+). that's why many have dubbed it more of a weekend car.
You say you would the tyreshops best friend. I understand but not on the reason you say, but because of turning the steering wheel when standing still. that really destroys tires!
But what a fantastic car!

Btw how was the gearbox? Heard complaints from many reviews about it.
+Krusty Komedy Klassic Gearbox is very good to me. I have said positive things in the review of the 4C coupè, have to mention that in the Spider I've noticed that it has been improved, it's quicker and sharper.

To me the only real problem is the sound because it doesn't sound as good as my Alfa Roméo GTV6...
The other problems you listed belong more to a way of drive (life ?)
+Alex Denis Well, I would never consider to daily drive nor use the 4C every weekend but the thing is, when you want to drive up to a nice road or to a racetrack, you gotta drive on the highway and city and that is really annoying with the 4C!

+roomfactor I like more the design of the Coupè but I would go for the Spider because of the better refinement, sound (and for that I would fit a valvetronic system) and also because it would be the perfect car from April to September (at least here in Italy)

roomfactor Yes it does, probably a F1 driver (or someone with so much talent) would be able to feel the slighty difference between a coupè/spider model. The gearbox of the Spider has been improved (faster and sharper) so yes it's better to drive than the Coupè.
4c is so impractical its loveable.

Maybe the 4c should be modified in order to make it more pratical. I mean,it is a really funny cars and for people that love driving hard it is awesome,but now most of supercars are driven only in the city ,because are bought by people that want to be noticed in city and for the same price you can buy an F-type ,that is more luxurious and pratical. If Alfa Romeo wants to sell the car , have to change it.
Well I would by an Alfa because I like Alfa's , I don't go buying Supercars "to get noticed".
And why would I drive this in the city, driving it in the hills while smashing the throttle is so much better then waiting for a red light to go green.
Yes ,i know ,if i had to buy a car, i would take the 4c spider but all supercars are made to being drive hard ,but few owners do it. For earn money Alfa Romeo has to sell a big numbers of cars and not all people want to drive hard.
