  • a little work space make over for candle making in our tiny shed! I started off making candles inside the house but later moved everything into the work shed. although it is a small space, I make the most of it and it has still been a game changer :) I can't wait to get a bigger studio of some sort but for now, this works for me. it makes working from home even better because my work space and home space are separate and it makes all of my supplies more easily accessible. all items mentioned are linked down below! thank you for watching!!

My boyfriend is going to be building me a shed soon! We live in a tiny rv and I am very quickly filling up our space lol so we need more space asap for all my candle and soap stuff. Your space is small but you utilize it well! Organization is key with small spaces! You don’t have the room to be unorganized, is what I’ve learned

I love that little shed! I'm interested in how you come up with your candle ideas, types of candles, the matches (cool idea) etc...

Cute space. Purchase a big rent to own shed.. Cheap and they work wonders...I have a 12 x 20 and the space is good starter space. and you can always get another shed to add on or just build on needed space. Love it!!!

Ooh yes that’s what I want my next step to be! Haha I definitely need a much bigger space and can’t imagine what I’d be able to do with a 12x20 😍 thank you for the suggestion and thank you for watching!!

Your workspace looks great! Are you using strike anywhere matches or strike on box matches? I haven't been able to find strike on box paper stuff that has decent reviews. Where do you get yours?

Thank you! I use strike on box matches (the diamond brand) and I just looked up the strike paper I use but it’s unavailable for some reason 😭 here’s the link just in case it comes back

You don’t see any problems with your candles with the temperature not being regulated in a shed? We have a bunch of space in our barn/shop and our garage even has a good workspace with cabinetry but I’m scared not having an ac/heat unit would affect the progress negatively.

Ooh good question! One issue I have is that some of my bigger candles have sink holes that I always have to fix with a heat gun.. it might be because it’s cold in the shed so it does require a bit of extra work to fix the candles :/ other than that, cold and hot throw have been fine. I’ve only worked in the shed now during the winter time but I am afraid that during summer, candles stored in the shed will sweat. We do have an AC unit in the shed but it wouldn’t be on all the time. So yeah I kinda work around what I have to work with lol
