- The Glossop Line is now available for Train Sim World 3!
This commuter route allows you to take charge of a Class 323 in Northern Livery. You will be tasked with keeping to time with a tight schedule on the 24hr timetable mode making quick paced stops along the way.
We take a look at the route in its full entirety driving one of the services provided.

I live next to the godley train station and have been on this line many times. The detail is immense
I work at Mayfield depot the old station next to piccadilly the platforms have been covered over it now a roof top garden that also gets used for verious events like open cinema or circus etc
I had heard there was plans for this to happen here. Its great to see there is still use for the old station rather than it being left forgotten about :)
Note it says Class 323 WMR when you changed the headlights at Glossop
323's have been maintained in Ardwick too, pretty sure one of them featured derailed in one of channel 5s transpennine programmes

@@TrainSim_TV Can confirm 323s do get Maintained at Ardwick , They still use Ardwick to this day (2023)

Not only would it have been nice to model the concourse but the station doesn’t look right without Pendolino’s there either!
Hopefully pendolinos will come in due course. As they can be layered on as AI.

Hi. I have a question. Do you need to purchase the Birmingham Cross line to be able to get the New Northen 323 & line???
You can stop the vigilance from beeping if you put the reverser into neutral, jsut a quick tip for future vids ;)

Good morning will they extend the route in the near future or this is going to be it is a nice route
TSW doesn't currently allow extensions in the same sense as TSC sadly
It's a full route as is so it won't be extended but it would be nice to see more routes out of Manchester piccadilly
Would you say this is worth it? I bought it then refunded it, now regretting it and can’t make a decision 😂
Its not a bad route at all. Like all routes they have flaws nothing is ever perfect. But its a fun little run and a challenging timetable to keep times
I have noticed the is a lpt of mark 3 catenary where there shouldn't be i.e Ardwick
Yeah catenary seems to be one of the routes bigger issues
Mayfield Station not London Road....London Road is Piccadilly

DTG once again giving us a half baked route
To be fair you can't pin all the blame on DTG, Rivet Games did the most part of the route art and scenery

@@profmargins "Most of" sounds like they did a lot more than half. DTG did confirm Rivet helped, perhaps they really did do most of it
I've always hated how tsw routes lack weathering, litter and grass and weeds in the tracks or stations which on a route like this is necessary
