    oops I forgot to answer your last question. You don't have to be part of anything to make a comparison. The simple facts about each units are good enough to compare the two, like for an example, Delta Force's primary mission is CT ops while the SAS has a more broad base of ops including CT, so it would be safe to conclude that Delta is overall the best out of the two at CT hence that's their primary mission.

    I’m actually surprised they train the dangerous double tap technique. we learned the hard way in combat. You will literally double tap and then stop shooting by muscle memory. Really you will be shooting 5-10 rounds per person. But doing the double tap will get you killed. It only takes a split second hesitation to lose fire superiority. The solution is. Don’t train for a specific number. You should alternate so do 3, 1, 2, 8, 4, 7, 2, never shoot the same amount so you don’t set a internal clock.

    If you're talking about the CIA SAD then you're better off joining a military SOF unit first for experience and then try out for SAD. Most SAD operatives have a military back ground. Also you will need a four year college degree.

      a single larger viewing area would seem better but must have been tried and discounted; maybe makes the hood too rigid.

      @@jesoby the view is good, they angled to where you can't even tell you have them on view wise. a single large viewing window would make it impossible to shoulder your weapon.

      @@keepiticy i have an fm 12 which is a little bit better version of a s10 and its easily the most comfortable gas mask ive ever worn, gives i'd say about 160 degrees of view so it has great viewing like you said lol.

    and to all sheep here, 9mm AR are legal to own in the UK by joe 6 pack with a shell issue permit from your county / city chief officer of police

      Actually the Royal Navy's equivalent special forces unit, the Special Boat Service (SBS), is even more highly trained than the SAS.

  • @dwgangsat
    @dwgangsat Před 11 lety

    Dude we have the very best in the world, PLEASE DON'T JOIN THE BRITISH ARMY. Not that they suck but you should be more then happy to serve your country. What's so impressive about the SAS that our CAG/DEVGRU doesn't have? Please think hard. Plus it will be a lot more complicated to join there forces.

  • @dwgangsat
    @dwgangsat Před 11 lety

    Our CT units are more badass than the SAS. Delta Force and DEVGRU are better. You can even try to get into the FBI HRT which is considered a civilian version of the Delta Force.
