    That's a nice arcade box, but wouldn't it be easlier to get the usb encoder on Amazon for $10, those are so easy to setup.

    Would be nice to offer a adobe layers file with the outline of the various cabinets so people can import some graphics and send it off to a vinyl printer service.

    Ryan, where you get your wood from and what thickness is it? 1/4"? Thanks.

      local lumber yards and sometimes homedepot. wood is 1/4" nominal, but more like 0.22inch thick

    can the button and joystick plate be modified to fit 30mm sanwa buttons?

      Yes, It's wood. It would require some finessing to enlarge the holes.
