- The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to bystander reports of a man who jumped into fast-moving water in an attempt to rescue his dog. The LAFD arrived on the scene with a helicopter, lowering a rescuer toward the man and hoisting him out of the river. The overflowing river was a result of heavy rainfall that recently soaked Southern California, resulting in flooding, mudslides, and power outages.#WatchThis

Did the dog make it?
sounds like it yeah
Do not waste that water desert people.
If only he had fore warning that freak storm was coming and flooding was likely.
Classic tale of "dogs swim better than people do".
