  • The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to bystander reports of a man who jumped into fast-moving water in an attempt to rescue his dog. The LAFD arrived on the scene with a helicopter, lowering a rescuer toward the man and hoisting him out of the river. The overflowing river was a result of heavy rainfall that recently soaked Southern California, resulting in flooding, mudslides, and power outages.#WatchThis
