I think currently what i lack of is the ability about how to get along with employees , because you know most of time employees dont recognize leaders as friends . so in my opinion, this is the most difficult part of my career development, one hand i have to think of how to complete the task and on the other hand i also gotta consider how to maintain the harmonious relationship with workers....

Hello mam how r u I hope you are fine what a nice information given by you to all I learned so many useful things from this I try to explain it point wise
1- if you are working a prestigious job and busy with your work 24 hours it will go not give you more benefit rather you should look around yourself
2- if you are interested to help your colleague and want to share some time with him they will automatically attracted towards and in this way your work load will be lowered .
3- always stay in attitude is not good but in working time or during the deal with customer it is postive but helping nature or give support to the junior give you girth with your fundamental knowledge and may you got some high post in the same company due to imposement of good impression on your boss ....â€ïžđŸ’—

Dear Kara, thank you for this.
I have two questions. Can you put these episodes on your podcast as well? These days with YT noise - ADs, it’s far better to consume the content.
The second question is, can individual contributors be SMEs with a decade+ experience? I’m asking because I’m an independent brand consultant with 10+ years of experience. And I’m not only an executor so I wonder, where do I “fit in”? If this interests and inspires you, maybe you can create your next video about that.
In any case, grateful for your work. đŸ«¶

Hi Jana. Thanks for your questions. Some of the videos have already been adapted into podcast episodes but not all. I will adapt more in the future so keep checking the podcast for episodes that interest you.
For your second question, since you're an independent brand consultant, I assume you're a business owner. If that's the case, you're both an individual contributor and a leader. You're in charge of all the tasks. This is common with business owners as there's less separation between tasks. So both this video and last week's video will apply to you.
