    This one and rain to beach to stream are my favorite. Water sounds beach sounds are the best for me.

    I love this type of meditation. The background noise helps me come back to the present moment when my mind starts to get carried away, and the narration is also really immersive. Keep em coming!

    For those saying the sounds were too loud or too fast, you can slow down or speed up any video by clicking the setting icon in the upper right corner then click playback speed. Turn it down (or up) 1 or 2 notches so it doesn’t distort the voice & see if that helps. You can also click additional settings & turn off stable volume & it makes background sounds not as loud. This was lovely. Worked great for me!

      i think the loudness setting on the equaliser keeps the levels more stable on phones and tablets. I try to keep it as balanced as i can. great tip there

    I love how descriptive this one is! I would suggest you talk slower so it could be more absorptive...at least for me. It is beautiful!

    I would love if you could redo this with softer background sounds and with a slower spoken voice. I couldn't keep up or really hear you

    The words are beautiful prose and well written but spoken way way too fast. I actually got tense, not relaxed. I have to go back to the hypnotic meditations of a few years ago. This would be great at half that pace.

      The music sounds are only at the start of the video for a couple of minutes or so, try listening again,so lovely story,water sounds
      . And of course Christian wonderful calming and relaxing voice 💜💜💜💜🦉

      Actually it's the cricket chirps that are too loud for me. My tinnitus doesn't like em. A shame :(
