    Although Dopamine is a Inotrope it also has vasopressor properties. My first line would be to start with Levo because of less adverse effects than Dopamine and has a wider range of doses for effects and titration.

    NE, SOAP 2 trial shows that dopamine is associated with higher risk of arrhythmia

    they also poop everywhere bile that stinks. , I just survived septic shock, 8 days in icu 4 days in room .. I had to fight to live .. if u over 180 u going die

      @@hair_ofthedog5023 wieght , you have to walk again , and use restroom and shower , bigger you are the harder

      I did to 2 weeks in the icu and am back in the hospital for a bonemaro transplant (BMT)
