This brings back memories of young innocent love. I was supposed to be going to junior prom with my girlfriend that I had been dating since 7th grade and some of her new high school girlfriends lied to her and told her that I had been cheating on her. Needless to say she chose to believe her new friends over me and broke up with me. A few weeks later one of the girls that caused our breakup approached me and asked me out. I turned her down because it was to soon to start back dating, she would then go on to tell me they only befriended my girlfriend so that they could break us up so that she and I could start dating. Fake friends.
