Bless sweet Landon. I had my son watch these videos with me to help inspire him because he just had surgery 16 days ago on his foot. They did surgery in 5 different places and has a soft cast on and he gets his hard cast on this Tuesday. He's been getting down a lot because he just had the same surgery a yr ago on his left foot and 4 months later had a device put in his ankle. Now were getting his right foot done and just pray that he will be able to walk again one a little healed. Your videos have helped him and me out a lot. Yes things may be hard and may hurt but the end results are what were looking for. Thank you for being so brave Lando man your so awesome. Love your family

Lindsey, I just moved back home to Arkansas after 20 years in Utah. As much as I absolutely loved Utah, I must say myself, there is no place like the south. The southern hospitality is the real deal. How wonderful that everyone has been so kind to little Lando! The man who let him reel in the fish, the staff at the hotel, brought a smile to Lando's face and mine as well! Always appreciate the kindness of strangers, that's for sure! So glad Lando is doing so much better, is walking and healing. Justin's strength being able to carry him is always impressive. As if God made him extra strong to be able to assist Lando. When he turns 12/13 he will most likely be too big to carry anymore, but he will always remember his Father lifting him up and carrying him. It's nice Justin and the boys are so chatty, usually men rarely open up, especially to strangers. Born salesmen like Jared said lol! Have a great trip home! Be safe!

Yep. Landon is going to rock this recovery! These medical journeys are tough. But he is tougher as is my son. When he was 12 he rocked a 16 hour complicated surgery. This past January he rocked a 4-5 hour surgery. Their journeys are their stories. Good luck Landon. My family is praying for you.

Galveston has changed so much since I was there, there was hardly any thing built up along the beach and Landry's Sea Food was on the warf/pier . Ya'll are so lucky to be staying there. Landon is amazing a real trooper.

I had my searches dosergey's done at spinner's hospital in Houston Texas and I had 2 surgeries like Linden linden's but hes lihe's lucky my cast was covering my whole leg so I didn't get to get out and do things Praise God how far technology has come you're doing wonderful London keep up the great work our prayers are with you Praise God how far technology has come you're doing wonderful London keep up the great work our prayers are with you
I was bawling the last two post that you have posted. God is so great and the power of prayer is amazing. I am going to put his name in the Idaho Falls Temple this week. We are praying every day for him. Landon is my hero, he tries so hard and nothing gets him down. You two are so positive and I believe like you the Lord has blessed you and guided you to get the help Landon needs. I love his singing voice, and I taught singing for many years. I took kids to Disneyland, RCCL, Carnival Cruise Line, and most of the other attractions i Florida and Calif. He would be my pick if I wasn't retired. He is amazing, and I love your fam. You have got this Landon, keep going. You are such a fighter.

There are lots of encouraging “stay strong” comments for Landon here, but I’m more impressed with his willingness to allow his genuine emotions to be documented. This is very personal stuff, but undoubtedly a reassuring and invaluable resource for lots of other kids who need to brave some intimidating and frightening medical procedures. I think Landon’s real strength lies is in his willingness to share this with others; from the moments he proudly asserts his independence, to the moments where he needs support and love of his family. It’s a remarkably thoughtful and selfless gesture on his part. Thank you, Landon.

You can get cast covers for him , any Walgreens CVS Walmart should have them they totally keep the water out . That way he can take a shower . I had one when I broke my leg . Just make sure you get kids sizes and not adult size . You rock Landon ❤
