Came home last Sunday from Steamtown Historical Park in Scranton PA. Went to see Big Boy 4012! Went to Strasburg Railroad! Then stopped at East Broad Top RR! Road Strasburg RR and the East Broad Top RR. You get a chance check out all three!! Fantastic vacation!

my layouts are about 20ft by 5ft and break down into 3ft sections but cannot join with other layouts. Have a 25ft straight layout which is 2 in one with an adaptor board in the middle.
Missed the live stream but was able to watch this. Thanks for sharing.

some of these layouts seem to be modular. not many like this in uk.
They have to be modular, to move them to different locations. The conventions are not always held in the same location.
Is the baby Grande in Fremo format?

You went there and shows us those gorgeous layouts. I´m mouth foaming, but....they´re still in the 30' and 40'. Why not freelance modern narrow gauge. Out of steam dark âge and go modern. It´s in Brazil but can be send in the US. Surplus North American SD40 converted to BB-BB trucks with frame lenghtened about 5' on each end, using DPU and road railer ! Isn´t that sexy ? Ob by the way they run too brand new GE AC6-44 on BB-BB trucks. Real monsters on roughly 3' gauge tracks. After all CN Newfounland narrow gauge ran diesel trains.....
Brazil railroads are amazing! Maybe some day there will be someone who models a modern narrow gauge.
