Pinatubo scares me to death still but at same time, I can’t stop thinking of buying a lot in there.😄 But it seem that ~ those lot prices is higher than the beach side or? Have you got any in Baloy or across of it or maybe somewhere in Barretto over looking to the Sea or beach pls? I would like it a bit above the road so it’s secured for tsunami. Thanks for the info.👍
