You know, this dance is actually pretty hard to do for extended periods of time because it requires some pretty good leg power and core power.

It's senior prom. I'm not really someone who gets out on the floor at school dances. But then Rasputin comes on. A few of my friends know that I could do this dance, and they start hyping me up to go onto the floor and do it. I figure it's senior year, what have I got to lose? So I get out there and go extra hard doing the dance. Everyone does the big dance circle around me, cheering, it's great, etc. I go to bed feeling tired but great. I wake up the next morning, roll out of bed, my feet hit the floor, and I collapse. My legs were so sore that I couldn't walk. I had to lean on walls/furniture all day.
The second I dropped down in that dance, both of my kneecaps would fly across the room
