Hi, I need to know if passive loss either realestate or oil and gas.. can this be used against SS or retirement pay. Presently I have no active income. I am retired. Just sold rentals because of age so only have one left that kicks off a little income. CPA said I could not use my $8,000 K 1 from oil. This will double next year. What can I use this the K1 to write off. Please help.
