Hey just wanted to let you know to add a warning in the description to clarify to NOT try this on any other iOS version besides iOS 16, as people have tried it on lower iOS’s and it resulted in their devices getting bricked into a boot loop. It ONLY works on iOS 16!

In fact, it would be very nice if Dynamic Island was combined with the upper part of the screen specifically for the iPhone X (Or 11, 12, 13, 14 and 14 plus.) notch.

Unfortunately it won’t work for you and the window to downgrade is over, it only works on iOS 16.0-16.1.2

tried this on my 2018 ipad Pro 12.9 and it worked 😂 only thing was that the timer didn't show up on dynamic island.

In ios16.2, didn’t work on my XR. Went back to see what the value is. It stayed in 1792 sadly. Both 2556,2796 did not work

I tried it on my mom’s iPhone XR and it leaves a big red line on it but she still uses it with the dynamic island either way and my iPhone 14 plus that I want it on I’m updated too far.
it uses the MadDirtyCow exploit found in iOS 16.0 - 16.1.2, do not try this on an iOS 15 device as it will bootloop as the code for the Dynamic Island is not present in iOS 15 and ONLY works in iOS 16

@@FreckleFaceClyde it’s using the mac dirty cow exploit which gets wiped on reboot. Your phone can’t be bootlooped unless it edits a ton of files and does a ton of specific stuff to do so.

This sadly doesn’t work anymore. Apparently, Apple has made this unusable as when you download the app, it doesn’t finish the download and shows a notification, ‘Unable to download Santander. This app cannot be downloaded as it cannot be verified.’ So sadly, this doesn’t work.
I am also seeing that people are saying that Dynamic Island is a bad thing because, it “has to jailbreak your phone”. Any thoughts?
