- The customers backyard was to marshy to walk-through, so they had me build an elevated Boardwalk to access the dock. We also installed a new lift inside the boathouse get some sister Piling due to the leaning of the Boathouse Poles.
I really enjoy these videos, Dale. I'm a Northern retiree and have lived in Pensacola for the last 7 years. I find your work fascinating as we didn't have seawalls anywhere but on the Mississippi River. I never thought about this type of constructure. You and your crews do exceptional work, and I'm hooked .
Thank you so much, Donald for your comment and watching my channel. We really appreciate that!
This is a great formula for videos. The things I like the best are: 1. more visual than talking. 2. Sounds of construction and birds and wildlife in the background. I really like that. 3. Good quality work and showing how things are done. 4. Calling out the guys by name and giving them credit for good work. I just really like the channel and always look forward to a new release 👍
Awesome, thank you!
Totally agree 😁
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this, we really appreciate it. We’ve been changing up some things with my wife’s advice 😊 to try to make it a little more interesting.
Damn man. I miss Marine construction. I used to build docks down in Miami with Kearns construction. There really is an art to it. Good on ya.
Another really good job by Dales.
who's that rock star operating the excavator? very good job
😂😂
Like all the videos
Thanks for watching Taylor. I hope that you are happy with the length of the video. I was keeping you and Mine ;) while making this video. Thank you so much for watching.
Ok, Dale, as you know, I was once a Marine Contractor and I have also put in my share of poles (Insert Your Joke Here) - So, it's authentic praise when I say that "sistering" to an existing structure is not easy! However, the fact that you did this with a chain, pulling indirectly, and then making them level & square is most definitely next level!!! Impressive, Dale!
Thank you so much actually, that went in easier than the other five we just got lucky and video of that one
☝️
I always look forward to your new videos. You guys do great work!
Thanks for watching. I really appreciate the comment.
Need to try water witching using some copper wire!!
My neighbor swears by that I’ve never tried it
Great job guys!! 😎
What do you think about the mantis drivers if you don’t have access to get an excavator in?
I used to have something similar to that I believe it was called a Collins hammer a long time ago. From what I remember kept having a lot of parts issues . I don’t really have a need for them now using the vibratory tractor.
Another great video dale!. I noticed this excavator is bigger than the ones you use in some of your other videos . Whats the model of the yellow/ black small one you use ? And whats the smallest excavator you used with vibrating plate to get the job done?
Thanks for watching I believe it’s the same one we do have a 308 cat and 50 John Deere
Not related to this particular video, but when you install deadmen with stainless tie rods what thread lube do you use? Never sieze? Thanks
Thanks for watching the channel comment. I typically use anti-seize Napa.
Do you need a GC license to do Marine construction? Love this type and work and wondering how to get into it.
In Florida, must either be a Marine Speciality Contractor (SCC), Building Contractor (CBC), or General Contractor (CGC)
Thank you for watching the guy answer the question correctly 👍
