- 2019 highlights for Louisville redshirt freshman RB Javian Hawkins. Hawkins set a UL record for rushing yards by a freshman (1,525) became the only RB in school history to rush for over 1,500 yards in a single season, finished third in school history in rushing yards in a single season (Behind Lamar Jackson in both 2016 and 2017) and was named a First Team Freshman All-American, and All-ACC Second Team.

Not sure why he dropped weight to get faster this past year. Dude fell at hand slaps to the ankle.
On this underclassman tape, he has legit running back density and strong contact balance with plenty of explosiveness. Turn to the Clemson segment and that's all you need to see.
Not sure who is advising him on his diet and training regime. He needs to get back to this form to succeed at the NFL level. The sky's the limit in a depleted Falcons backfield.
I am a ND fan and I thought our game with Louisville was going to be a gimme and I was seriously wrong. With Scott Satterfield, your future is looking bright. Mr. Hawkins is a really nice RB and with Cunningham, and Tutu, you guys should have a dynamic offense. With that said, I hope your D can hold it's weight. I don't know if they are good, bad or indifferent? I just think that you will be in the Top 25 when the year is over. I wish you the best.

@@kingadalou That is a big if, ND had 5 turnovers against Clemson in 2015 and had them beat, but didn't quite get it done. I will say this, Louisville has a nice team, once they fix their D, they will be much better.
