Gopro Hero 10 vs Dji Pocket 2 chest Mount : czcams.com/video/MX7aZjmYMlw/video.html
next time dont do 60fps in low light. 60fps is worse in low light. in low light you want to use 24 or 30 fps. good video anyway.
Bought GoPro hero 10 last week, Im selling it now in Carousell. If you are shooting in day time or with good lights you can consider Hero10. If not you will get frustrated on the low light video of hero10. The gimbal used here is the key for the hero10. Thanks for sharing. Do you know any good wearable gimbal for hero10?
Hmm, wondering that you used Linear lens for Hero10 but no black crop on the side of the video? How did you edit it? Thanks for the tips. I usually use wide
The Dji Pocket 2 doesnt require additional gimbal? wow impressive, clear winner.
Thank you for sharing your results! I also applaud you for giving your settings for low light.... most usually don't show their settings in which I never could understand. Thanks again, Great job!! 😊👍
Thank you for this comparative test. I am impressed with both camera's performance. I just can't believe that GP10 don't seem to have motion blur on light areas. I wonder what is your shutter settings on GP10 to achieve this?
Comparison video very good! I'm also looking forward to the New DJI Action 2 video.
Thanks you very much, Dji Action 2 come soon i think
Mantap bang, oia bang edit video 4Knya pake komputer spek berapa?
Hello, can you help me setting this infor for gopro 10? Because my video so very shaking
Dji 2 colors are more realistic and raw than the go pro.
As a vlogger the action cams sucks in low light places and closed areas.
I used the go pro and the dji action, dji pocket wins in low light and even in stability.
But after all it all depends for what you are using for.
And thanks for the video.
Stay safe
Greetings from Thailand 🇹🇭
Hello, Thanks You very much, for nice Comment, i have Both cam and like a Both, Use Gopro for sport activity and motovlog, use Dji Pocket for daily and cinematic video
Still you can switch to Zv e10 and then you have astonishing low light
Really odd. Every single video I've seen comparing to the two on low light - and I've seen 4 others already- and the GoPro 1O footage is pretty much unusable in low light whereas the Pocket 2's is typical action cam and far away from what you'd get from a camera with a bigger sensor, but at least useable.
In this comparison the GoPro 10 is arguably better than the Pocket 2.
So not sure what's going on, especially confused as well at why you'd shoot 60fps at night and not 24? Aren't you trying to let in more light?
All the other comparisons I saw it made sense the Pocket 2 won out in low light since it has a significantly bigger sensor I believe.
So all to say - this comparison is the outlier. Bit of a head scratcher.
I own a hero 9 and pocket 2 and like both for different scenarios, but definitely prefer my pocket 2 for low light.
Not sure if I'll upgrade to 10 or not yet.
This video is cheating
He's using a gimbal on his hero 10, most other video shows how it looks with the electronic stabilization, a thing that hate low light situation ^^
Was Hypersmooth on or off? If it was on how come no stutter?
the 10 looks sharper and better image but not as steady as the pocket. did you have the stabilize on the 10?
Hello, thanks you for the comment, yes i use Gimbal for the Gopro 10.
Pretty much the same but slightly different colors. The reason the pocket 2 wins is stabilization. The gopro stab falls apart in low light.
reelsteadyGO exists now, I'm wondering if it still holds up to the 10
Thanks!
thanks you
This test is flawed. In low light you should always lower the frame rate to 24fps. The lower frame rate allows more light to reach the sensor. I use my DJI Pocket 2 on 4k/24fps, ISO 400, and select cinematic mode. It literally blows the Hero 10 away on these correct settings.
Definitely. DJI pocket 2 has more clearity than GoPro Hero 10.
@@imviveksangwan Especially in low light.
@@imviveksangwan I agree ☝️.
He fails to mention th GP10 is on a gimble, Not clever making people think the GP is better at low light when its not in standard off the shelf form.
when you make a video Gopro Hero 10 vs s21ultra on night ?
Hello,
Tahnks you for the comment.
I hope can make soon.
I wish you have a good day.
thank you
Thanks You for Watching, i remember you requested for this comparison, i wish you have a nice weekend..👍👍
i like the um DJI osmo pocket 2 but it doesn't do good with water splashes and any waterproofing
Самое лучшее сравнение. Днем все камеры одинаковые, а вот именно ночью они показывают себя
Здравствуйте, спасибо за хороший комментарий, желаю вам хорошего дня.
Well, this can be a preview from what we are gonna see in the next DJI Action 2. But most likely worse than that, since it’s gonna have a worse aperture and only EIS. No high expectations for Action 2.
this was exactly my thought too.. unless, DJI sells 1 inch mod separately
With gimbal, GoPro H10 can compete at night time.
Hello, thanks you, yes Gopro Hero 10 need a Gimbal in the night video, or in Low light condition
chang title gopro hero 10 with gimbal hahaha
Go Pro use Gimbal : Zhiyun Smooth Q
Keep in mind that he's using the GoPro with a gimbal (more money + more space). GoPros can't even remotely reach that level of stabilization in low light by themselves, and that makes everything you shoot in low light unusable.
The DJI Pocket IS a gimbal, so no problem
I shoot with GoPro 10 in low light all the time with no gimbal and yes, I use the footage!
i have hero 10 and i love it
This was on gimbal?
hello thanks for the Comment, yes it was use a gimbal, Zhiyun smooth Q
Gopro has too much saturation. Dji looks cinematic.
dji oky
so nice :) :)
The person who is reading this comment, I wish you great success, health, love, happiness and Good Mood :) :)
The GoPro looks better, DJI has too many blown out parts
I'd choose GoPro 10. I can wear it on my head when driving or cycling. Great pov and action cam.
You're right, but that's only if you're using it as an action cam in DAYLIGHT. I have both cams, the DJI is better in low light, and this video is not doing the DJI justice.
The Dji Pocket 2 is the winner again.
Hahaha! Only if you did not watch the video comparison. An astonishingly larger amount of noise on the Pocket 2. I mean, the Hero 10 just destroyed the Pocket 2.
@@free-qe6wx I have already seen several comparisons and done myself the GoPro Hero 10 fails on more points.
gopro's flat vs pocket 2 d-cinelike...pocket 2 wins
@@joeriherremans1980 That may be true for your use case.
@@RuXsel That also may be true for your use case. Objectively, as an all-around product, there is no competition here.
DJI pocket 2 is better
dji pocket 2.
Thanks You very Much
Why is your gopro footage not as noisy as this guy's low light footage? czcams.com/video/84czHd54v5c/video.html I have timestamped it for you so you can see how noisy it is on his video versus yours.
Impressive results from GP10, but it still can't beat pocket 2 because of, larger sensor, mechanical stabilization and better built-in mics... Irony is DJI is coming with the same sensor size with their OA2, it's gonna be tough for GP10 to capture market share... 🤔
gopro 10 very noisy video.DJI pocket 2 to better.
even the dji action camera is better than hero10 in low light. lol
Ok I've looked at your other low light comparison videos now and read people's comments and this is clearly deliberately fake.
So sad I wasted my time.
Hello, Thanks you for the Comment, Fake Video ?
ist original take from Gopro Hero 10 and and Dji Pocket 2,
Again Thanks you for the comment and said a fake Video,
i am own Gopro 5,7,9 10, and Dji Osmo pocket and Dji Pocket 2,
i wish you have a Nice Day
@@donauproduction Ok well I'm sorry if I offended you, but I honestly don't understand what's happening here.
I own a number of go pro's, including hero 9 but not 10 ( yet ).
I also have pocket 2 and some other DJI products ( two of their drones)
So I am not a 'fanboy' for either company - both make great products.
I use my GoPro for any activities in wet weather / on the water and also any where the camera may get knocked around a bit. The pocket 2 is not water proof as you know and is quite fragile having a mechanical gimbal. So it's horses for courses.
But one area I always choose Pocket 2 over my Gopros is night photography as Gopro are notoriously poor in low light, to the point of being unusable. Certainly wirh my GoPro 9 v Pocket 2 there is no comparison, it's not even close. GoPro is so noisy, grainy and muddy it's just unuseable. Pocket 2 is MUCH better owing to larger sensor but still not great obviously compared to a 'proper' camera.
So many many people were hoping that Hero 10 would finally address this with a bigger sensor . But sadly it did not. And as I said a whole bunch of reviews and CZcamsr comparisons between Hero 10 v Pocket 2 in low light have shown that yet again, unsuprisingly given sensor size hasn't changed, go pro is v poor in low light.
With one exception. YOUR videos. To the point the footage actually looks great, far better than Pocket 2, and I wanna buy one.
So honest question mate - why do you suppose that is? To the point that your comments section is littered with other people making the same point.
If you aren't doing this on purpose then all I can think of is that you genuinely don't know which settings to use in low light with pocket 2 ( hint - it's not 60 fps 🙄) or your Pocket 2 is broken/ faulty in some way.
