I got the "Solo seat spring mounting braket kit" from ebay - it was about ~$15. It was just the two 3" springs and the bracket. Since the ebay listing come and go and break the URL, your best bet is to Google it, etc.

You can get a plank of wood from a home improvement store. Cut it and sand it. Call it a day!
