The og comment is saying that all of the takes (lets say 100), all 100 of them are all of the takes needed in the song, so the 100 takes could be 25 of one outfit, 25 of another outfit, etc. So, its true that the total no of takes are takes of the whole song, but one take isnt from the song's start to finish every time. The total no of takes are all of the retakes needed for the song, so maybe 25 of one part or 25 of another
