What he talks about had already been leaked online from the early days, he says nothing new
The 2 guys were over there selling drugs, explains why there bnb was so far away, they wouldnt have wanted there stash house close to a million party animals.
Jay has gone back to carry on the party, hes gone into that room to get a charger, seen something in there amd has taken it, thats explains why he apparently had a charger but when he left his phone was on 1% and aslo explains why he said he cant go back there to his friend. He has either taken the stash or a watch or something. What happened next is anyones guess. But i think we can all imagine.
AND of course his side sounds polite and kind!! He has had time to prepare that statement!! Like 3 weeks of rehearsing, 3 weeks of trying to prepare what he needed to say!!
Is MWT a body language expert? If he isn't, he needs to be. Vegas is as slippery and deceitful as an eel.
He could then do himself a favour or two and look more convincing.
Somebody heads from an Airbnb along a road, leaves the road, gets lost, calls Lucy ... 99% of the time a person would find a road or hiker or whatever ... how could Lucy deduce the seriousness of the situation from the phone call, and expect a helicopter to start searching right away?!
Time to get all these people, along with their phones, laptops etc, in that police station in Santa Cruz, and interview then separately and get the info from the devices.

From the images I have seen which I believe are as real as anything else we've seen in this case, not only is there an electrical outlet near the sofa, it could not possibly be closer, and on the wall 3 cm behind the sofa, visible and fully accessible. And with the wide arm of the sofa right there to place the telephone on whilst charging. As convenient as could be.
So either MWT is aware of that and planting false information, for investigative reasons, or simply lying to the public.
Imo, Ayub Qasim is not Jonny Vegas.
I doubt Jay was ever taken to the B+B, something else happened.

Looking at this now we know where Jay's body was found (at the base of rocky cliffs very similar to the ones in this video) and how he'd died (falling or plunging from height) this video is even more suss.

I saw text allegations potentially supported by CCTV footage that the timing of the alleged hit on Jay, orchestrated by Ayub, was complicated by a coincidental, separate police incident at the same time in the location, and at a critical moment in the plan and therefore he was encouraged to get out of Dodge for a couple of hours while the heat was on in town.
If that is true, it suggests Jay may have been bundled into a rental car and then a boat and indeed never made it back to Masca and the Airbnb and everything from after the 'Rolex scuffle' outside the club on CCTV was faked and deceit. As indeed was the Rolex scuffle. It was a set up where Jay was encouraged to pick it off the ground where presumably they went onto the beach.
The watch was used as a ploy to gain Jay's confidence and manoeuvre him into position to finally enact their careful plan and most likely imo also a fake Rolex watch.
The Rolex was an early part of the plan. And we saw it at the start.
The whole thing was planned from the Uk, to lure Jay to his unfortunate demise.

Once we discovered Jay's location where he'd been talking with Lucy, it just proved her story to be nonsense.
It's like someone, possibly Jay himself, took the phone to that spot in order to create this story that he was lost in the cactus "jungle", including having been pricked by a cactus.
The big issue with this story is that Jay just wasn't far enough from the road & path to be lost, and be amongst the cacti.
A story has been created to cover the real story, and then a further story told for the GFM page. No wonder Lucy didn't seem concerned about Jay in the GFM, as she already knew that he was okay, or otherwise.

I think its really obvious whats happened . Hes clearly had an accident , he will of been absolutely shattered , hungry , thirsty and in a very unfamiliar territory. He s had an accident and without a shadow of doubt hes not alive now . Jays dad is hoping someone else is involved but i think hes just trying to pray he s still alive . The backgrounds of everyone in question has nothing to do with him setting of alone in a very quiet rural part of masca . Many people go on holiday with terrible past , it would be significant in some cases but not in this , them men are completely innocent here , hes made a dreadful decision not waiting for bus , he could of gone to sleep , why didn't he charge his phone up when there was one available , the mountains don't seem dangerous if you dony know the area , its only until you get lost or weather changes , dangers such as ravines , we all know hes on them mountains dead , if not the sea but i dong reckon he got that far , maybe he could , im not mystic mac but im absolutely certain this was an accident and unfortunately hes only got himself to blame , he didn't need to do this . The fact he attemped to walk is beyond crazy , maybe he wanted to walk while the bus was coming but how would he of got the bus with no money . Listen i maybe wrong.
