Aside of considerations as to the local area and what the generalised property prices are I am amazed on two counts when the price point is £1.5m: 1. No double garage - just effectively a shelter. 2. It looks to me that this is a shared gated driveway. Both very key points make for not good selling attributes - especially at this price level.

Very nice sized rooms. Garden is reasonable as well. Looks well made and designed. Would have loved to have seen the floor plan on screen.

everything is great, but there is not even a garage, only a carport, secondly, there is one entrance to two houses, a tragedy, no privacy
