  • I take my Lexus to the dyno for fun to see how much power it makes with the factory 1jz ecu. I was surprised

    1bar of boost (15psi)
    450cc injectors
    CX racing manifold
    Tial 44mm wategate
    CD009 transmission
    3.73 differential

    I love you man. I'm about to buy a HKS manifold and Borgwarner S200. I was guessing it was going to work without putting in my G4X but you confirmed it for me. Just saved me a lot of money in a dyno session and transmission controlling.

    Fuel cut happens from car hitting 14.7psi or one bar. Or when injectors hit 100 percent duty cycle.

      JDM Engineuity Not fuel cut, I upgraded the injectors as well. The boost leaks were making the car hesitate on the Dyno

      @@slightlymodified501 I don't think you understand how it works. Boost cut will happen if you have 880cc injectors because the ECU doenst give a shit what size you're injectors are it still thinks you have 380cc injectors. You put 450cc which is good for like 400whp ish maxed out but the computer can only go based of o2 sensor and the map/maf sensors. You have your car at 14psi so even if the wastegate sees 14psi with "boost leaks" the turbo could be making 16 or 18 or even 20psi. Even if it's for a split second if the map se sensor sees a spike in psi beyond 14.7psi the ECU WILL CUT. Which is why people have boost cut defenders in the first place.

    How are you running 450cc injectors on the stock computer? It should be pig rich on idle no?

      Runs perfect at idle. It targets 14.7 and is usually pretty close to it

      So, I could just drop in 440 or 450 cc injectors in my 1jzgte vvti and it should be fine? This would be a game changer on so many levels 🤔🤔🤔

    For your fuel pump did you just write it into the factory harness or did you give the pump it's own dedicated 12v I'm having some issues maxing out injectors that shouldn't be maxed out

      its wired normally, but I did recently do the 12volt fuel fump mod to run the pump at 100%

    I am a 02 is300 M5 LSD stock 2jz-ge W55 NA owner and I cant find myself to sell the car at this point. However she has 345km/210miles on the stock engine and I want to be prepared when and if she blows. I would like to know what kind of swap u did? Now that u did would u recommend? I seen a video of someone 2JZ-GTE swapped a is300 and used the same oem harness with a specific stand alone ECU? I would like the easiest swap and I dont want to put the same 2JZ-GE NA engine with lower km/ refresh ;(
    Any advise or direction would be great. Thank you very much...

      cheapest way would be going with the stock GE, and if you're looking for power you can go NA-T which isn't bad upgrade all the internals with gte or aftermarket internals and you'll be good to go considering a ge you can pick up for a few hundred dollars rather than a gte for 3k plus check out slow_2jz on Instagram, he's got 1000+ whp is300 with an NA-T ge

      A s14 on a ge with fully built bottom end nd top end doing 7secs they claimed they saved money going this route vs swapping to gte

    How is your ecu not boost cutting?? My jzx110 will boost cut around 15lbs on stock turbo stock ecu with upgraded j pipe delete, down pipe, 3” open exhaust with a race cat and resonator.

      I did a similar set up in 2017 with my stock jzx100 1jzgte vvti with a Precision 6262 on 18psi
      Stock motor
      Stock injectors
      Fuel lab fpr
      Jzx 110 MAF mounted before the turbo
      Fuel lab 340 lph
      3" ic piping
      3" exhaust
      Unfortunately we didnt have a working dyno on the island at the time

      No piggy back. I am using a maf but I converted it to “blow through” style. The 450cc injectors make it pig rich but its better than being lean
