Where did you live? All of you guys are saying that no one has cars :DEVERYONE has a car :DIt's just easier to go by bus or like trolleys because of traffic.
We have a lot of nice cars and they are not so expensive. Most dangerous places in Riga is where is full of russians. We have poor cities because we could not advance in russian occupation times.
So is helping you're neighbors clean the staircase... a communist thing? So am I and my entire apartment building(and probably entire neighborhood, common it's Canada)... Communist?

There is cars everywhere in Plavnieki and Sarkandaugava ond so on. ive been there in Riga many times and it never happend anything bad 2 me.
Come on, I don`t know anyone who have not a car over there. Have lived there for a while.They have better cars then we in rich Norway.
