Add a Stage 3 Cam and Corsa turns into Godzilla. It backfires during deceleration and pops and chops on acceleration. OMG, I love it.

Not really a good comparison, you showed Borla maybe 20 seconds just backing out of the shop, no clips of it on the street actually driving like the rest of them. Borla would definitely be at the top if it had equal video.

Absoutely love my Corsa extreme. Wanrning its sounds so good you wont listen to the radio much. I put mine on my 2016 vette with the prism tips.

I have Flowmaster. Pros is it sounds incredible from the back. Cons is heavy drone in cabin when running 55 plus mph on highway.
I installed Borla Atak and Corsa Helixx xpipe, and I switched from eco mode to track mode to see if there was any difference. And there was barley any in exhaust note change I wanted to go with headers but that would have voided my warranty.

Since I heard a Borla on a viper i was in love love. Only F.I. has my highest next to Borla.
Corsa I had them on my C6 2007 Corvette I got Complements every day Not too loud idling they sound like war drums there perfect if someone hasnât got them on their Corvette what a difference you need to put them on your Corvette will be like having a new Corvette
And these fittings are on just the Stingray model of the Corvette. Man, the pipes for the GS, Z06, and ZR1 should be crazy good!

They are all good. All pretty similar in fact.
Even though this may kick of a fire storm of comments, but, by far and hands down the Corsa exhaust is the best sounding and performing. It was even recommended buy my dealer Rick "Corvette" Conti when I purchased my C7 Z51
this is what I have
For the past 30 years I've pretty much only used two different aftermarket exhaust systems on my sports cars, Borla and Flowmaster with the exception of a pair of Supertrapp mufflers that I played around for a short period of time.
The Borla, particularly the Borla S-Type, is hands down my favorite exhaust due to the quality of material it is made from, the fitment and the sound quality (quiet at idle and part throttle, but aggressive and refined at full throttle).
Flowmaster has a nice sound, but I've noticed that the material they use now, as opposed to earlier exhaust systems, is much cheaper and not as thick. The fitment of the last exhaust system that I purchased in 2020 left much to desired compared to the exhaust systems that I purchased in 1995, 1998, 2000 and 2009.
In fact, the quality of the Flowmaster exhaust from 2009 to 2020 is such a drastic difference that I don't think that I would ever consider purchasing another exhaust system from them again.
In comparison, the last Borla exhaust system that I purchased in 2020 was of such high quality that I expect it to outlast the car that I put it on.
What has really sold me on the Borla exhaust system is that most of the people I used to know in my local Vette's, Viper's and F-Body club always seemed to gravitate to the Borla exhaust system, particularly the Viper owners.
Flow master sounds pretty good .
Just cuz of this video I went with flow master the sound is better, did full length headers and x pipe no cats with flow master and it sounds loud!!!!!! ,, good thing I retained the nop options
Corsa are good but gotta say on a C6 I had with a cam , Kooks headers and BB exhaust was one of the best sounding combos out. Even going to Corvette shows like Carlisle countless people would ask about the exhaust. And if they don't set off every alarm in a parking lot there not loud enough.
Tbh my favorite is either Corsa or magnaflow, they all sound great but those two take the cake with Corsa edging out 1st place in my personal.
Corsa is definitely my favorite!

I picked up a 2017 GS and am trying to figure out which sound I like the best. Tough to tell here... Borla and Corsa sound great, but the Flowmaster wasn't bad either...Want to have the ability to choose between loud and stealth too.....

Borla Atak. No other exhauat has that much R&D to actually improve flow using Soundwave scavenging technology. So not only does it sound awesome, but performs as well.

@@parkermetcalf2117 I have a 2011 Grand Sport (tis supercharged BTW) with the Borla ATAK and they sound awesome with NO DRONE! Less drone then the factory garbageat least.

I replayed this video 4 times and felt the borla sounded the best. The corsa is on the loud side.
The Corsa is definitely loud. I tried to use the loudest that each manufacture makes and I do think Corsa wins that for sure. Having said that, have the Corsa Extreme on my vette w/headers and cam. It's loud for sure at WOT, but you can still have a conversation in the car. The phone....well...not so much, but I love it.
@@JReedsLoveofCars Every one has different taste and opinions. At the end of the day, is what makes you happy.
For loud and higher pitch, go with Corsa. For low rumble and calm at normal RPM's but gets angry at high RPM's, go with Borla.
I have the magna flow on my 5th gen Camaro 2ss. Go Corsa. My brother has a 6th gen Camaro with stock pipes. Sounds like Corsa.

Ryan. Louis maybe as a by product but thats not the purpose. The x pipe makes more power up top. The H makes more torque but will give you a deeper tone.

If u do Corsa get their extreme exhaust, Kooks long tube headers, and Kooks X pipe. U won't be disappointed.

I dont think so. However, I do start mine in the mornings with the garage door down to not piss off the neighbors. Cold starts are loud

Magniflow it has a beefy rumble and warm sound but when you gun it it has a razor sharp sound ...Corsa didn't sound bad either . Little smack crackle pop not like most people have a rediculous POP! POPOP!POP! It's obnoxious..

I had flowmaster 40 series on my Vette I loved the deep ass tone! Imo borlas are the worst out of all of them plus they are super expensive, corsas are pretty awesome to!

Nothing really. You might read of HP gains from a manufacture but without headers, it's negligible.

Corsa is the only way to go. Have the extremes on my mustang gt and they will go on my vette when I get it. I'll never buy another exhaust again. They are pricey but you get what you pay for

MF make it sound like a truck. Corsa and Flowmaster were good but the Borla makes it sound closer to a Ferrari which to me is what I want for my GSâŠ. Sold!!!

I have a 14 Z51 with Kooks long tube headers, catless x pipe and Billy Boat Fusion axel back. It sounds way better than anything in this clip. Its funny how guys gravitate towards borla and Corsa like sheep. Just like they do to the iphone. Billy Boat hands down sounds the best.. Borla has their typical burble, and Corsa sounds ricey.. I've had borla , don't like the sound. That's just me tho.

Flowmaster sounded a whole lot better than magnaflow did to me. They were WAY too quiet. I'd go best to worst as corsa extremes, billy boat, borla, flowmaster, then magnaflow
Too many variables here folk's. Ex; with long tubes, x pipe, converters, etc... However, in my humble opinion i think corsa xtreme, axle back on otherwise stock exhaust is winner. 04 C5. jmo

If you don't have headers done, the shouldn't be any drone with Borla at all. If headers are done, I've heard Borla gets a drone.
ummm. yeah borla got a cat back exhaust and magnaflow only got an axle back. Why? Magnaflow takes the cake, thats why
Terrible video. Did not show the sound differences between stock and after market. Not a fair comparison between the different brands, eg. different conditions, microphones, distances etc. Only Flowmaster showed both modes. Borla website is much better at showing Stealth and Track mode differences. Still don't know which exhaust to upgrade to.

@@JReedsLoveofCars I admit they sound ok for sure. But going cheap on something that going to be on your car for yrs is probably not a good idea. Magnaflow and Corsa, Borla and there are many other better choices is all. đ
Flowmasters on any foxbody 5.0 mustang from 79-93 and then also on the sn95 and new edges sound better than any other exhaust on those cars. They may be cheaper but throw an offroad h pipe or even x pipe on them and some original 40s, and you'd be hard pressed to find a better sound. Now the 2011+ corsa extremes sound great. Had flowmaster super 44s and a Mac offroad h pipe on my 03 cobra, and have a corsa extreme catback on my 2017 5.0.
@@jrvbamafan1 I remember hearing the Flowmaster on the 5.0's and they did sound awesome! But with newer more free flowing exhausts out there. I guess it just comes to whether you want sound and more HP. Plus if you throw more air or decide to make it not NA anymore you are going to want a less restrictive exhaust. GV
@JTuda R BeatZ definitely hard to choose. I've been super happy with the corsa extremes on my 2017 5.0. The fit and quality is great, and I've gotten several compliments on the sound as well. I guess itd all depend on what year mustang you were looking to put an exhaust on. If its anything before 2005, I'd still go with flowmasters and maybe an offroad mid pipe. 2005+I'd look into corsa systems. They are a bit pricey but worth it. I honestly dont know which I think sounds better if both were side by side being different model years. The cobra had a very visceral and deep tone, and the 2017 5.0 sounds a little more exotic if that makes sense
