- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 210 g fresh cream
- 60 g yolks
- 53 g sugar
- 25 g of water
▷Coffee syrup
- 7 g of instant coffee powder
- 140 ml hot water
- 20 g sugar
- 8 g Kahlua
