this video sessions spoiled my experience this afternoon. we took a moomba out and the stereo was an old kenwood mp3 (cd only) player with 3 sets of car coaxials. the only CD on board was Now This 23 and the player would cut out if the volume hit 35.
I ordered 6 M6 770’s and a 10 inch M6 woofer with M700/5 amp and an MX280/4 Amp and the lighting control system. 1. How long are the M6 770s on back order as my installer ordered them a month ago and we still haven’t received them? 2. Installer recommended 2 Amps for the 7 speakers, so that’s what I ordered. What are the advantages of having the two Amplifiers I ordered vs just having the one M700/5 channel. Anxiously awaiting the speakers for the install 😁
Great video guys. I'm in the process of adding a GO9 Simrad to my 16ft Hewes. I don't have much room on the skiff and want to add music. I'm wondering if a sonichub2 would support two 6.5 JL 60W speakers and maybe a 8" JL subwoofer 175W without adding amp. Note the sonic has 4 50W channels and a place to connect the sub? Lastly would i be better off skipping the sub and using two 8" or 10" JL speakers?
Bracing would typically have to be custom made. Some will use Birch, fiberglass or Plastic sheet behind the mounting surface to add thickness and rigidity to the panel.
