You guys have so much fun down there I'd love to move down there eventually what would a small fixer up property cost down there in the location you're at if you would know
As you know property values and prices have skyrocketed in Florida and especially South Florida. A small 1 bedroom trailer on the water sold for 650k around the block last week. A typical 3/2 on a canal will set you back 1.2 million in today’s market.
