This is so reminiscent of my mama's stuffing! It was like she'd stuff an entire meatloaf inside the bird!!! And always some more in the neck cavity! More meat than bread - and sometimes she threw in some stuffed green olives, prosciutto and peas. It really was our favourite part of the bird!
