      Hi Sankalp, I mainly use the Manduka Pro mat. This mat is great but it’s not recommended for beginners because you will feel the floor. If the floor is hard a beginner may not have enough conditioning on their knees. When there is a lot of (hot) sun I sometimes use a cork mat as it doesn’t get heated up too much. But then a cork mat doesn’t have as much grip as the Manduka mats. 🙏🏽
