Hi everyone:) So a few tips I've learnt along the way to help take a few years off the birthday cards!! I do hope you like it and as always it'd be lovely to hear from you in the comment section below:) All the best, Jess x
HEJ You look stunning, I identify myself more with your age range. I just bumped into you today and I am amazed to see that your choice of products are a mix of high & drugstore, I really appreciate people that stay true to the products that work for them through the years, ( Like the Maybelline Mascara, I used it back in the day when I was like 16 jajaja) maybe I´ll give it a go again!!! Thanks for your tips and tricks...the only product you forgot to mention was the powder you used to seal the concealer in place? hils from Denmark!
@@MarcePaz2008 Hi Marcela, thanks so much for finding my channel:) I love the Maybelline mascara and I'm of the opinion if something does exactly what I need why spend more! With my foundation it's different, but I don't think i'd get much difference with a 'designer' mascara?! The powder I'm currently using is just a simple one from Rimmel. I've bought powders from Mac and Laura Mercier before and in all honesty I can't really tell the difference so again may as well save the pennies there so I can buy more clothes:) Thanks again for finding me lovely and look forward to chatting with you more xx
I love women who embrace their age - we should be proud instead of constantly pandering to media/marketing (companies often run by men!) and looking at ways to look younger.
Ah...I really like your videos but why do women feel this need to look younger?!! For me, this is something we absolutely need to change! Women don't need to look younger to look gorgeous!! We need to feel confidant and happy! I have grey hair since I'm like 16 and do you know how many times I hear people telling me I need to do something about it? But why?! I look the way I should, and that's who I am. It doesn't make me look older, it's just me and I look my age and that's all. Anyway, still love your videos ;)
Hey lovely, I filmed this video two years ago and my thoughts on ageing have definitely developed since then, for the better I think. While CZcams is often about a 'catchy title' that'll help get the video seen I really feel so much more comfortable in my skin the older I get. Funnily enough I was talking about going with your grey the other day actually and how chic i think it looks. I've only got the odd straggler of grey hair now but once I have a full head i'll definitely be trying to rock that look. I truly feel in my heart everyone should just wear what makes them feel most comfortable. For some that might be trying to look a little younger, for others that might mean a wardrobe full of neon pink! Whatever it is that makes you feel your best always shines through and true style:) x

What a great tutorial! I’m 40! And I’ve been searching for a natural make up tutorial for 35 plus woman! Found it! Did this routine today and it looked great! Definitely subscribed. Btw you are stunning and glowing #goals. Greetings from Amsterdam
Aah thank you lovely:) I did watch it back and think I wish I'd got some makeup on before I talked for so long!! Haha, very naked skin on screen:/ Have a lovely day Wendy and thank you always for watching and commenting xx
Super lovely daytime look. Ive only just learnt about bronzer/contour the cheeks and leave the blusher just on the apples. Im a continual fan of blush but this new way is definitely better than just blush. Enjoyed your video, thank you.
Absolutely beautiful you are wow amazing tips I picked up here thank you I absolutely love your style so obsessed with your channel now so happy to find this video on the make up tips and no doubt you are a natural beauty ❤️💕
Aww what a lovely comment Wendy, thank you 🙏 Well I’m super chuffed you found my channel and like what I do on here:) Have a great rest of the week lovely x
Thanks for the tips. Due to my age I have totally sworn off the powder and gone to a setting spray with a dewy finish. Setting sprays are tricky for me though. I’ve purchased a few that have turned my makeup orange so I’m always on the hunt for a better one.
Hi Mary, I totally agree on the powder front. I just use a sprinkle but whenever I use too much it makes me want to take all my makeup off and start again:/ I've never tried a setting spray so unfortunately I can't advise. Ill take a look online and see if I can find some reviews of them for you:) Have a lovely week Mary and thank you for watching xx
Love this! Thank you for sharing! I’m almost 41 and boy I definitely noticed a change in my skin 3-5 years ago. I was afraid to go back to shimmer shadows, but I love the subtle highlight and I’ll give it a try.
Hi lovely, yes absolutely give it a try:) In all honesty it surprised me too how much I liked it. And I think as you only need a tiny bit it'll last me for years! Have a lovely week (hopefully) in the sunshine:) xx
I drew such inspiration from this particular look in one of my most recent videos on my own channel. As a fellow “bangs supporter” I really find your work so helpful.
I have enjoyed my changes over the years, that being said- I don’t have a problem with experimenting with looking a bit more youthful. No one will be fooled ,since I have never been shy about my age... but I quite like the idea of softening and keeping my look modern. Ideas that keep me feeling confident about myself , I really gravitate to.- No one can make me feel old but me and I won’t have it. So for me, at sixty- three, I just speak for myself- and I still get into it. Thx😎
I would recommend stopping the foaming cleanser immediately and replace it with a non foaming gel cleanser. Foaming cleansers cause surface dryness preventing sebum getting out and moisture getting in. Surface dryness also appears as fine lines. You can still use an oil cleanser as a first cleanse then follow with a gel cleanser.
Not true necessarily. The ingredients in your cleanser determine dryness over what type of cleanser. If the cleanser is well formulated and is free of grain alcohol or fragrance natural and synthetic your skin will be hydrated and subtle etc
NewClassicWI, I agree regarding ingredients in cleansers but disagree about foaming ingredients, there is no need for foaming surfactants in facial cleansers, even if your skin is oily. Believe me surface dryness caused by foaming cleansers is the enemy of dewy, bouncy skin. Of course everyone is entitled to cleanse their skin as they see fit, just sharing the knowledge I have acquired from many visits to the dermatologist having suffered acne, rosacea and now seriously fighting the ageing process.
Yes and I would also recommend to not do a double or normal cleanse in the morning with dry skin. Just a bit of hydrating toner of a splash of water makes such a difference.
Very pretty 😊 I would add if you want your skin/face to look younger, longer add sunscreen to your daily routine every single day of your life. I started wearing sunblock when I was 13 years ago, and I am thankful that I did. My skin has no age spots or very few lines or wrinkles, most people think I'm 15 years younger than l actually am. Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen!!!! 😊🍁
Oh my gosh, you're so right:) I wish I'd been as good as you in my early years. In my early 20s I was terrible:/ I once fell asleep in silly hot sun on the beach in New Zealand. Thankfully, a homeless gentleman woke me up but I still managed to blister my entire back:/ I wear 30 or 50 now but I dread to think the damage I've already done. xx
I really enjoy your vids... they are my go to chill out time where i just concentrate on pampering myself...Thank you so much for all the tips!!! All the health and happiness sweetie!
Thanks for sharing your tips and tricks Jess. As a mature woman with a makeup license, I always benefit from listening and learning about new ways to enhance one's own natural beauty. My motto is......never stop learning.......be forever young!!!! 💟💜💟💜💟
I totally agree Linda. I'm always learning and actually I love to learn. I'm so pleased you liked this video and found it a little helpful. Have a wonderful week hun xx
Great tips, you look beautiful! 💫 I love playing with makeup and during the summer months I look forward to paring things down a bit and going for a natural bronzed glow, so I gravitate to many of the same colors. I also agree with going for warmer toned highlights, at least for my coloring anyway. Trying to age gracefully, while not looking like I’m trying too hard is my goal, but achieving the natural look takes a lot more work the older I get! !🤣😂xoxo
Hi lovely, thanks so much for watching. Yep, I'm with you there. I'm a little pasty at the moment so I definitely need foundation but once I've got a tan I love skipping that part altogether:) Roll on the Summer months!! Have a lovely week hun and thank you again for watching:) xx
Aah that's kind of you to say lovely but I'm not hugely keen on those before shots!! I could do with a bit of a tan I know that much!! Thanks so much for watching lovely xx
We share not only a similar makeup look, we are sharing also a similar hairstyle. My dermatologist told me yesterday a fringe/ bang or a pony as we say here in Germany makes you look a few years younger.
Hi lovely, that's true:) Though my ears stick out quite a bit so I don't look great with a ponytail! I was debating growing my fringe out for Summer, but maybe i'll keep it now if it makes me look slightly younger! have a great day lovely xx
Another brilliant video.... I have bought several pieces that you have worn in the spring lookbook , you have and still inspire me thank you 🙏 please keep up these blogs I look for new ones everyday😘😘😘😘😘👍😉😉😉
Hi Lorraine, that's so nice to hear, thank you so much lovely:) Well I'm loving creating these videos so long may that continue:) Have a lovely day Lorraine xx
Fashion + Style Edit Thank you dear. I would like to recommend This Lancôme cream to you www.lancome-usa.com/990785.html Unfortunately i don’t find it in Europe only in USA. My friend brought it for me and it is wonderful way better than any other Lancôme lines I have ever tried before.
Hi Jess, I'm 37 and do think that the dewy look is the most youthful tip one can ever think of. As you also like it, I would recommend you trying some Korean or Japanese skincare & foundation/bb/cc cream, it is all about the dewiness. They use several step skincare which will give you that much moisture nothing else would probably give. And when after that you apply one of their foundations which are lightweight and radiant, you will definitely look 10 to 15 years younger. Thank you for the video and be forever beautiful!
Hey Tetyana, thank you so much for the tip lovely:) I definitely want to give that a try. Can you recommend any brands? I do the Korean skincare routine, not the full 10 steps everyday or I'd never get out the door! But a version of it. So I'd love to try a foundation it sounds amazing:) xx
@@FashionStyleEdit For the skincare I love Laneige (they have quite light textures), Iope (thicker textures) and Hanyul (my favorite ever, different textures, based on old traditional Korean beauty recipes). Try Hanyul rice toner, it is sooo hydrating! Also they released a Brown Pine Serum receintly, it's anti-aging and hydrating, using it now and love it. All this gets absorbed very quickly :) I also use their sunscreen (White Chrysantemum Sun Screen SPF 50), this sunscreen gives the radiance itself! And a bit of tone-up, which I also find youthful. And if I need kind of a foundation (because sometimes I feel pretty enough to stop at this stage :) ), I love Hera UV mist cushion cover (so dewy) and also Banila & Co Radiant CC cream (peachy undertone, makes the look very healthy).
@@tetyanamoravska9388 That is amazing Tetyana, thank you so much lovely. Okay, I'm going to work my way through that list and try them all out. Thank you so much for all the tips xx
Hi Jess - I am so sorry to bother you again - I just wondered - I am going to purchase the deck of scarlet 7- have to get it off Ebay - sold out on their website - did the highlighter come with it - I don't see it now on their website. I am looking for a color service like this - I have a "clean skin care" box service although after watching your videos - not sure I need it. Anyway - you always give lovely and authentic advice - may I trouble you for this advice?
Thanks, Jess, those colours look fabulous on you. The blue could be very pretty with your luminous eyes, just a touch on the inner corner or under eyes. Mine are green and I find mossy tints used like that brighten my look.
Hi Roxanne, thanks so much lovely:) I think I had a fear of blue eyeshadow. The Pat Butcher look! If you're not from the UK there's a soap where this character loved copious amounts of blue eyeshadow and I couldn't get that image out of my head! But I will definitely give it a try and see how it looks:) xx
Hi, Jess 🦋 All great tips! Definitely less is more as we age. We still want to look put together but not made up. Also, really enjoyed your Q&A video. It was wonderful learning more about you :-) Have a lovely day ☀️ xo Stacy
Hi Stacy, thank you lovely, so nice to hear you liked both videos:) I'm definitely in the less is more camp too! How beautiful was it today, I had a sneaky lunch break in that sunshine today, so nice:) xx
Great tips as always! 😉 I know a hack for getting that beachy bronze glittering eye lid that we see on professional photos. Just put little bit of your neutral colour lip gloss on your eye lids 😉💜
Ooh that's a fab idea, thanks lovely:) I shall give that a try. When I'm going for a really natural look I just put a little Eight hour cream on my eyelids. It's very greasy but I love the shine it gives:) Have a good week Mia and thank you as always for watching and commenting xx
You should try the statement lipstick I use:) I'm not normally a red lipstick kind of girl but I found this one and it's honestly my favourite. Something to do with the pigment of the red that somehow it manages to look subtle and statement at the same time? Its by Dior and the colour is called 999. xx
Great tips! Thank you for posting! I love videos like this! I have been using Vitamin E oil around my eyes and on any lines that I may see for years. I am 47 and have zero wrinkles around my eyes. I also add a few drops of Rosehip oil to my nighttime moisturizer and it literally makes my skin glow the next morning. Pure Almond oil is also good as well. Night of Olay immediatly tightens your skin when you put it on. It's amazing. Also..staying out of the sun and using sunscreen is a must!
Ooh great tips back thank you lovely for sharing:) I'll have to try the Vitamin E around my eyes. I used to have terrible eczema around my eyes and I know I shouldn't have but put steroid cream on it daily in a desperate attempt to get rid of it:/ BIG mistake! It left the skin around my eyes so thin I hate it. If you ever hear of anything non surgical to correct that I'm all ears!! I've never tried Night of Olay so I'll definitely add that one to my list:) xx
@@Caitlin11ify I just use drugstore brand Vitamin E oil (typically $7 or $8, or I purchase from nowfoods.com. I also purchase their Castor Oil and Sweet Almond Oil (They say Jackie O used that on her face that is why I bought it! :). The Rosehip oil I use is from Aura Cacia: www.auracacia.com/aura-cacia-organic-rosehip-skin-care-oil-1-fl-oz/ Last night I just used the rosehip oil..no creams on my face along with the vitamin e oil around my eyes. It does the job and is super moisturizing. More info on Rosehip oil: www.beautifulwithbrains.com/use-rosehip-oil/
Hi Sue, I'm really loving Chantecaille future skin in cream at the moment as I have a bit of a tan. But in Winter 'Vanilla' tends to suit my skin tone best. Hope that helps lovely x
Exactly:) My hair colour went a little wrong last time I had it done and it was so ashy and really ageing. Thankfully I've got a bit more golden bits in it now to help:) xx
Another informative episode. I find that as I get older, I wear less makeup. I try to focus more on my skin these days. Great idea about using eyeshadow as liner. I do use a liquid liner religiously but find that it is too harsh looking these days. Will try the eyeshadow and see how it goes.
Hi lovely, yeah I find it so much softer these days. Obviously it doesn't last as well but it's no bother re touching:) I'm with you on the skin front too, if only I'd been a little more careful in my younger years!! xx
Yes. I always make sure that I wear sumscreen on my face , neck and top of my hands. If there is one advice I always give to the younger generation, it is to wear sunscreen or protect your skin from the sun.
You should Diane, I loved it actually. And the amount I put on I'm imagining It'll last me years!! Have a lovely week hun and thank you so much for watching and commenting xx
I'm not sure how old you are but you are very attractive… I like the way your make up looks natural and not over done… I think that really age is a person when they overdo the make up 🤷🏻♀️✨😉✨
lol eyebrows! i read in a magazine when i was an early teen that brooke shields looked so young because of her full eyebrows... and i was sold. never plucked an eyebrow hair and never will! I also started filling in my eyebrows in college and have been doing it for 20 years!
Jess that was a great video! 👏Although I have a different skin tone, it was extremely interesting! I am trying to coax my eyebrows back from being threaded, plucked and waxed to death back in the day! 🙈 Also I love your makeup bag I saw on the bed!! 😍
Hey lovely, thanks so much for watching:) I was just laughing with someone above that they should put "Save your eyebrows" articles up in schools!! My makeup bag is from a lovely brand I met on Instagram. They've sold out of the black version I have but have a gorgeous turquoise one instead:) www.sosouk.co.uk/product-page/turquoise-summer-samode-clutch xx
Nice video ! One thing though... I'm 65 yrs. Young and have very cool light skin so after trial and error I look much better in cooler toned brown.... anything warm or red tone is terrible on me... I may be an exception to the rule. 💓
I am very youthful looking for 65. I think soft grey would age me. I've always been a brunette with dark brown hair and brown eyes. So I have some neutral lighter streaks. I try to stay away from red or gold. X0 ... I love you videos .
My lovely friend I actually need more years younger 😄😄😄😄I see thatvwhen I feel well and optimistic my family always compliments on my look.I am trying not to be a nagging old witch. Thanks for sharing.💞💞💞💞💞💞
Haha you are not a nag at all!! Well I think we all love to look a little younger from time to time:) And even better if you can do it naturally. Have a lovely day Madzia:) xx
Hi, I have just discovered your channel and have watched nearly all your vlogs for about the last 2/3 hours, and am determined to watch the rest of them today!. You have a fan (lol)! You are an amazing and graceful woman and I love your style, as it is very similar to mine. You have so many wonderful pieces of clothing and how you put them together in so many different ways, I am in awe. I am hooked to your channel because I have found that I like your knowledge of putting together some wonderful outfits. Sorry for being a little bit over the top. Please can I ask wear you got that beautiful white dress with the embroidery, as I cannot seem to find the company online. I think that you said it was a small company called “Munda”? but obviously I am not sure. Thank you. Julia
Hi Julia, aah lovely you've made my day writing that comment:)) Thank you so much, I really appreciate all your kind words. And I'm so pleased you found my channel. I must admit, I love creating my videos, discovering new collections and just generally having a good old chit chat about fashion. So if that love for what I'm doing is coming across then even better:) The dress is by a brand called Munthe, however it was last season I'm afraid so I'm not sure they'll have any stock left? You never know though. Even if it's not on their website it might be worth grabbing a screenshot of the dress and just sending them an email to ask if they have any left? You might just be in luck! Here's their website: www.munthe.com Thank you again for writing me such a lovely message and i look forward to chatting with you more on here xx
I always use eyeshadow for my brows too. There's limited shades for bows where as you can pick the perfect shade that you want for your brows with eye shadow. P.s give me your cheekbones!!!!
jane corrigan Thats true. Too much water harms the kidneys. Actually there is a formula to calculate how much water do you need per day: your weight (kg) multiplied by 0,03 (30ml)=x liters. Ex. 55kg*0,03=1,65 liters is enough :)
Agree and you wee out nutrients. I just drink when I'm thirsty and make sure its water. Never fizzy drinks. And I'm thirty five and ppl think I'm still in my twenties
Hi Stacey, the eyebrow thing I used was called Latisse though I think that's quite hard to get hold of now? I've put a few alternative links in the description. I think the key ingredient you're looking for is called Biotin:) And my foundation is by Chantecaille, called Future Skin. I love it:) In my humble opinion really worth the money. Hope that helps lovely xx
I drink a gallon of water daily. I keep active, so it makes it easy. I live in a desert climate, and regardless what you do, skin and hair is always dry out here. If you have cool skin tones, warm tones will age the hell out of you! Ashy colors on my cool skin keeps me 10 years younger. You need to fix this ;) BTW you can inject PRP into your tear troughs and get rid of your issue.
Thanks so much for watching and letting me know your thoughts:) I filmed this video a while ago and I'm still moaning about my inner eyes!! I'll look into the PRP thanks so much for the recommendation. x
Hi Nicola, I've attached a link to my 'How to style Boyfriend Jeans' video. I'm wearing the kimono in the 3rd outfit which hopefully shows the length a bit better for you:) Hope that helps lovely:) xx czcams.com/video/hgnVUOxjsIU/video.html
@@tammycain8421 Thanks lovely. Someone just commented on here I have a 'bone rack face' so it's nice to know there's still someone kind people on youtube! xx
Thank you Patricia, I might try that today thanks lovely:) A few people suggested just try the lower lash line with it so I'll have a go and post a pic on the community page:) xx
You look gorgeous. . No powder for me. No eyeshadow either, as I look like I'm going to an ABBA convention 😁😁😁😀 My mantra is ... no wrinkles in a balloon 😁😁 xx
Tip dont go warm or cool without checking what you really are and double check ! Both as you grow older and between summer and winter especially if you have a neutral skin tone or olive - you can have olive skin even if you are extremely white ( sounds weird I know but its actually more common than you might Think ) Also if you suddenly start to go gray in the face tone and look either pouffy or haggard do a medical check and especially make sure to check thyroid, diabetes and kidneys and liver also if you smoke ... stop! The medical check also applies if you have been pregnant whether you go the whole way or not, it will Seriously effect your hormones and can effect effect the rest of your health including skin ,hair etc
Fashion + Style Edit Hope they might be as a lot of women think that something that is actually sickness is normal aging and it makes me really angry to be honest .
Lovely summer look, so nice and a subtle glow!. I was such an eyebrow over plucker 20yrs ago. I was considering micro blading - I think I should try your eyebrow tips !!!! 😉Pauline xx.
Hi lovely, if only we could give our 16 year old selfs a beauty lesson hey! I find the thought of micro blading a little scary, and I'm not sure how natural it looks? Though saying that I'm not an expert in it maybe I'm just a bit of a wimp when it comes to things like that!! Maybe start with thickening them more naturally and if it doesn't work upgrade to that? Let me know if the potions work for you:) xx
Hi Esther, I use the shade called Vanilla. I love this foundation, in my humble opinion it's absolutely worth the money:) xx p.s don't forget 51 is the new 41!! xx
Hi Bonnie, yes sorry I forgot to add that bit in. Because I work from home it's not something I'll use everyday if I'm not going out but other than that I definitely use suncream. I wish I'd been better at using it in my 20s though:/! So pleased you liked the look Bonnie, it was fun creating this video. Something a little different:) xx
Loved your beauty tips to look younger. What shade do you use in the Chantecaile foundation? I do not live anywhere near a counter where I could try it first.
Hi lovely, I use the shade Vanilla. I'm not sure where you're based but Nordstrom sell their collection, or Space NK in the UK. I'm sure they'd let you try it out first. Thanks so much for watching and it's so nice to hear you found it helpful xx

Thankfully, a homeless gentleman woke me up but I still managed to blister my entire back:/ I wear 30 or 50 now but I dread to think the damage I've already done. xx
@@FashionStyleEdit 😊🍁
Shari Schmidt nearly everyone who makes these statements they look years younger actually don't lmao
Number one suggestion. A huge cause of aged or damaged skin is sun exposure.

Thanks for sharing your tips and tricks Jess. As a mature woman with a makeup license, I always benefit from listening and learning about new ways to enhance one's own natural beauty. My motto is......never stop learning.......be forever young!!!!

Lay the blue down first. Top with the brown eyeshadow. It's actually pretty and shows as a brownish purple.
Aah cool thank you, I'll give that a try:) x
We share not only a similar makeup look, we are sharing also a similar hairstyle. My dermatologist told me yesterday a fringe/ bang or a pony as we say here in Germany makes you look a few years younger.
Hi lovely, that's true:) Though my ears stick out quite a bit so I don't look great with a ponytail! I was debating growing my fringe out for Summer, but maybe i'll keep it now if it makes me look slightly younger! have a great day lovely xx
You are really looking amazing with no makeup, thanks for the video 🌟

Thank you dear. I would like to recommend This Lancôme cream to you
www.lancome-usa.com/990785.html
Unfortunately i don’t find it in Europe only in USA. My friend brought it for me and it is wonderful way better than any other Lancôme lines I have ever tried before.
Urban decay brow blade is the best eyebrow product ever. It’s a must have over 40
I've never tried that, sounds good though will give it a go:) xx
Im only 25 but I really loved your video, thanks! You seems to be a really kind and sweet woman💕🌼
What a lovely comment, thank you so much:) I'm so pleased you found my channel lovely xx

Aah thanks lovely:) Have a lovely day hun, hopefully the sun is shining too where you are:) xx
You look so glowing and gorgeous. I feel like if I used lipstick that light my lips would disappear. Nude lips are hard for me to figure out.
You should try the statement lipstick I use:) I'm not normally a red lipstick kind of girl but I found this one and it's honestly my favourite. Something to do with the pigment of the red that somehow it manages to look subtle and statement at the same time? Its by Dior and the colour is called 999. xx
Had a real giggle re your eyelash/eyebow serum. NOTHING worse than hairy cheeks 🤣. Great video, really enjoyed it 👌❗
It really wasn't the best look I've ever had!!! xx
@@FashionStyleEdit I also had that happen and had to have electrolysis treatments to get rid of it. Yuck!
Becky M. Hi Becky! Do you use any particular brand of Vitamin E or rosehip oil? Thanks so much.
@@FashionStyleEdit I am sorry that happened to your skin! Sometimes we try things and it doesn't work out! From what I see your skin is beautiful!
@@Caitlin11ify I just use drugstore brand Vitamin E oil (typically $7 or $8, or I purchase from nowfoods.com. I also purchase their Castor Oil and Sweet Almond Oil (They say Jackie O used that on her face that is why I bought it! :). The Rosehip oil I use is from Aura Cacia:

Lovely tips as always! Thanks Jess - inspired to try the glow stick on my cheeks! 🙌🏼

Hi Bonnie, thanks so much for watching:) What about the soft grey tones, do they suit you? xx

I always use eyeshadow for my brows too. There's limited shades for bows where as you can pick the perfect shade that you want for your brows with eye shadow. P.s give me your cheekbones!!!!
3 litres of water is too much for your body to process, 2 litres is well enough, for as you say it is great to hydrate your body. Loved the video 😘😍
jane corrigan Thats true. Too much water harms the kidneys. Actually there is a formula to calculate how much water do you need per day: your weight (kg) multiplied by 0,03 (30ml)=x liters. Ex. 55kg*0,03=1,65 liters is enough :)
If you eat a well balanced diet you get much of your water from what you eat. I'd pay attention to that as well
Agree and you wee out nutrients. I just drink when I'm thirsty and make sure its water. Never fizzy drinks. And I'm thirty five and ppl think I'm still in my twenties
Hi jess, would you please let me know the name of the eyebrow and eyelash serum and also the name of your foundation. Many thanks stacey
Thanks for all the tips Anna, really helpful:) x
