Great review, just ordered mine yesterday here in Central Alabama I have 5083e been pretty good tractor and right now I'm cutting with MX10 again not bad at all just needed something a little bigger..keep up the great work
That was a great review man. I am purchasing the 5065e and the E12 and i was wondering if i could use it for mowing around my yard, because thats what i need it for mainly. Really glad you made this video.
I had ordered a 5065e originally. I ended up with the 5075m because it was on the lot and the 5065e was going to take 4 months or more to arrive. You'll like your equipment! Thanks for watching the channel!
@@firstgenfarmer9809 By far the best batwing mower in the 12k price range. I use a bungee cord to help support the shaft when hooking it up. I have used it only once so still getting used to "towing" the mower. I have a lot of uneven ground so I need to figure a good mowing pattern. I am pleased with it so far.
I cannot control the wings independently. However, they will float. If you run on uneven ground they will float up or down quite a bit. Shouldn't be too challenging to plum in another line and adapter if independent control was necessary. Hope this helps!

Any help on leveling? Mine was dropped off not leveled and trying to figure out what angle I need on the front. Thanks for all the great info..
Which cutter?
Usually the cutter is slightly lower in front.
@@jodyriggs5679 the E12
I posted a video on leveling. Hopefully it will be of some help.
What is the common setup for this style cutter on the hoses? Is individual control of the wings needed or is that at least an option?

Ive got a Deere CX20 that has independent wing control. I’d say it’s an option and if it is it’s definitely worth it
@@lorenpribble9161 Adding an additional circuit would not be a challenge if it's not an option from Deere.
We have a pull type hx10.that shaft is heavy.
I sweat every time I connect the shaft! It's a struggle!
@@firstgenfarmer9809 be sure To look in the manual for zerk locations inside the front u joint.there are several and easy to overlook.

I Love The Flag!!!
I watched your reviews of the E12 and found them helpful in deciding which cutter to buy. Thanks!
