    I am typed in both the Global Express and G450. From a flying perspective, my favorite is still the Global.

    I’ll take the immediate availability, shorter takeoff ability, and increased range of the Global. But seriously, I’d be more than happy with a turboprop. A true pilot’s plane. The Epic E1000 looks awesome.

    Global Express for sure. To me it looks nicer, I don't like the rounded windows on the gulfstream and the tail on the global express looks sexier.. also it has the better range.

      @Mr Greenthumb Doubt there's much difference. Both of these manufacturers have enormous experience building these types of aircraft. Its not very likely that either of these jets would be anything less than excellent in terms of performance and ride quality.

      @Karl Dunnegan theres a tremendous difference in the wing design. The Bombardier wing is thinner, flexes more and performs better at both high and low speeds or in turbulance.

    Completely ignored cost of operation, maintenance and upkeep. Those are huge factors. That said, there isn't a material difference between these two planes. I'd give a slight edge overall to the Global 7500 based on its shorter landing and takeoff requirements. That and the fact that the plane is actually in production and you can buy one w/o having to wait three or more years for delivery. My own preference however would be for the Dassault Falcon 8X. The cost, both up front and operating expenses, is massively lower than their competitors. And while the range of 6400 NM is lower than the two 700s, it is more than adequate.

    I would chose the g700 not only becuse the cabin length but becuse I have been on the global 6000 and the windows while large are not as good in my opinion as the g700 and the extra range is not that needed.But I would not mind either, thank you.

      The 7500 has much bigger windows than the 6000 and in fact have an 8% bigger viewing angle than the Gulfstream

    If you talk about money `cos money matters in business you have to choose Global 7500
    #1 - Is cheaper
    #2 - Has a bigger range (so you save money)
    #3 - Have shorter landing distances (so you have more and cheaper places to land)
    But i like more the cabin of the G700 ( so is 3 to 1)

      I also consider the financial strength of the company, the availability of spare parts, as well as how may service locations they each have in the world. Bombardier is not a s strong as Gulfstream. If I had the money, I would choose Gulfstream for piece of mind.

    The Gulfstream G700 looks like a piece of art. The Bombardier looks ok too, but does not even come close.

      Your taste must run to modern art then because the Global is a way prettier airplane. The 7500 is a Monet compared the 700's Picasso.

    Literally, either one, you're talking about micro differences. Which company will save you the most money overall not just up front, long term costs & Best Pilot Training Programs. I would rather have the Dornier 3 series so it can carry bigger luggage like EMR Vehicles.

    I fell in love with the Gulfstream G650 many years ago because it seemed like the hot ticket everywhere you looked; even now more so with the G700. Hell, there was even a song made about it.
    As soon as I saw Global’s 7500 though… 🤤

    As someone who has slid toward the front of a few leather chairs that I reclined in, I am intrigued by the Nuage seat in the 7500. Sinking my butt upon reclining could end the slide. I wonder if they could sell and apply that to home recliners?

    It's not always proper to be too technical in your analysis. Use km's instead of nautical miles. Again, less technical people will be turned off if they have to research .95 Mach than top speed in km's.

      Case closed? It's more expensive, has a shorter range, has a more low tech wing, and cant land in as many places because it needs longer runways. Oh and while there are 70+ G7500's currently operating they have not yet begun to deliver the G700 yet.

But since the Global 7000 had better than expected range, it was renamed to Global 7500 and the Global 8000 put on hold. As I stated earlier, there is still media on Bombardier website, but just try and order one. You Can't because it is dead. If you want to think otherwise, that is fine by me. BUT IT IS DEAD...

    Global 7500 all the way. The interior of the G700 is a vulgar knock off with LEDs. Wow. Not impressed. And we all know that Gulfstream has been copying Bombardier since the late 70's. "Hi, I'm Global 7500. And I'm a not delivered Gulfstream 700".
