Good video. Sheldon Brown said the enclosed chainguard was dropped from imports into the USA in 1952 due to the tariff-it was much higher on a bicycle weighing over 40 pounds, the hockey stick chainguard kept the weight down. The enclosed chainguard looks nifty, but when you have a flat....
