I'm 72 years old, my Urologist first prescribed Tamsilosin, my pulse raced to over 120 bpm. I asked for tadilafil, but my Urologist wouldn't prescribe it for me. Then he suggested Urolift (should be called PROSTATE PINCH! ) it hurt like HELL! for 6 months until I got my PCP to prescribe tadilafil for me. I visited another Urologist who admitted that he also had Urolift and was taking tadilafil so he could work with out peeing his pants. I've had friends go through REZUM and later TURP, and still have problems with added problems such as retrograde ejaculation. One friend told me about tadilafil from the start but after years had a PAE. He claimed that PAE was virtually pain free to start but didn't releive symptoms for a couple weeks. Why isn't this ever brought up by Urologists? Because they don't do it and they would lose money?

Thanks for your reply. How much does it cost in the US for the surgery. How many days one has to stay after operation.

Using lot of Medical jargons prevent comprehension of the matter. It's a medical college lecture rather than presenting the matter in simple language.
