In Mexico, the Murphy bed in the hotel room was where I usually sleep, but one night I shared it with my Sister Molly.

My kids currently share a room but they have separate mattresses right now. Weâre moving out of state and Iâm thinking of getting rid of their toddler mattresses and just getting one big mattress. They donât use both of the mattresses anyway my younger daughter climbs in bed with her older sister anyway. We leave them to fall asleep on their own at night, they do run around and play for a little bit, but they eventually climb in bed together and fall asleep. I saw this was 8 months old so

Itâs fun to wiggle in the middle of that shared bed , for stories!
I don't know if you already figured out them not playing with each other at night and actually sleeping. But I learned to do the to bed time routine a half an hour earlier and walking out after stories and snuggles. So that they have that extra 30 minutes to wind down with each other.
Hi Samantha. Great suggestion! Thanks so much for sharing!! My boys still sleep together (now 7 and 4) and I have FINALLY started leaving before they fall asleep. It is going ok. My 4 year old will often come out and I will bring him back and tuck him in again. Sometimes I watch outside their cracked door and remind them to settle down.
