What about a video about a good warmup before a race or a specific session?

I’m thinking about making personal content where I film myself training og having commentary over the video explaining why I do it. Generally for a race I would do a progressive warm up from sone 1 to sone 3 to get my heart rate up, and add som sprints on the end of the warm up if it’s a masstart or sprint. What you train the day before has more impact on the performance than your warmup in my opinion. You should aim to get a lot of «tension» in the muscles before the race (especially if its an important race). I think the last intervall day (2-4 days before) and the last 1-2 workouts your goal should be to get this tension by doing high intensity intervals/sprints/jumps/strength work etc.
