We're back again! i'm super excited! Hey brother, so a hint or tip to take into consideration. In the building modules that you can make with tools, screws, etc, you can make a crafting station that will let you use those broken down guns you don't want to repair guns you want from basically 0%! No more spending 40-50k to get P90 in working order!

Not sure if you learned this down the road, but this is how airdrops work. When you hear the plane sound, the box spawns along with that group of bandits (possibly more). The box is initially FULL TO THE BRIM with items (yes, a full inventory's worth of loot) which then start disappearing over time (pretend the bandits are looting it) until you open the box. So it's a risk/reward decision but if you want to max out its value, you have to absolutely RUSH the drop the moment you hear the plane. The quality of loot scales with the area that it happens in. In places like the mall or industrial, it can easily spawn 10s of thousands rubles' worth of loot.

In most games I've played with a loot system, bag space is king. More space, more loot. So buying a backpack early, tho expensive, makes more money later. Awesome you got the devs blessing! Looking forward to more.
On ironman mode being a stim junkie, with combat perks sometimes pays off I heard someone ran as fast as the blinks one of the faster enemies in the game. Personally I picked more inventory space not even using the best inv pack you can get 40 KG carry weight.

I've been binge watching your Zero Sievert series as a gaming companion while playing the game myself and your struggle helped me so much in learning how to survive on my hunts. Your love for the game is so visible in how the quality of these videos improved over time!

Something I've learned and idk if you have figured it out since, but the weapons you are carrying are weightless and so unless your secondary is something you need, its usually best to wear the heaviest weapon
Green Army are friendlies like the scientists, you could've looted the corpse (and the camp) without repercussion. This kind of camp has an electronic box, a weapon attachment box, a mediaction bag and two houses (random) iirc
Try to get your food/water to green as much as possible, it's a bit difficult at earlier levels as you said but it really makes a difference in the carry weight. Energy can dip in the orange without too many problems, it just affects stamina regen afaik (haven't tried lowering it lower than orange).
The medecine route will allow you later on to craft the dark blue syringes that restore food/hydration levels btw, they're pretty neat as they weigh pretty much nothing and have no downsides. It's for a bit later though (you will need to install and craft the pharmacy module too if you want to do this, as well as level medicine).
Thx for the tips 🙂 I got close to friendlies in season 1 I think and they shot at me. I cant remember if they were green army or neutral survivors or what... It's shaken my trust lol
@@oscarmikey3429 Haven't had that happen yet! Aside from standing in their line of fire that one time while they opened on a ghoul. Or I shot at them first, obviously!

Advice from fellow gamer
Get your hands on an akm if you intend to mod your guns later on because it uses the same ammo as the sks and does more damage than the ak74 or the ak74u that you had in season 2 - akm does 25 damage while ak74/u does 17-ish damage - with more or less the same stats, or stick with the sks if thats your forte
The svd 98 shares the same ammo as the mosin nagant, does more damage but only the bravo scope or higher tier scopes can fit on it
Recommended at mid to end game to just have some extra meds in your inventory, some bandages or tarkov cheese slices and anti radiation meds may save you from bleeding out and dying
On the same note about meds anti bleed gel combined with tarkov cheese stops bleeds and heals you in like 2 seconds, great for gunfights

All the things I mentioned are from the demo so take this with a grain of salt as they may change in the future
edit: not sure if you know this or not but there is a heart icon on your PDA (the thing that shows the map and tasks) that shows your skills, level them up to level 10 and you get to pick a profession on those skills, since you're regularly overweight i recommend the mule profession unlocked after reaching level 10 fitness
Nice. Been playing Tarkov for a while, so lots of the gun knowledge is transferrable to this game. Didn't know about the profession thing though. I'll have a look at it

i think it's not good choise choose SKS set for new game, i more recomended Mosin+Scope+Pistol. Because you can get SKS from second mission, and if you do that you will get 100% durability for Mosin and SKS in 1 or 2 hour gameplay.
little secret for you in bandit camp like 5:39, between vertical and horrizontal blokade (bottom left) there was invisible chest or stash.
16:06 Hahaha, who tell you that ? well that because you just collect 1, sometimes you can found 2-3 from 1 crystall formation. that was give some worth it. but 1, naaah. you better collect ghoul tentacle 1 block space, more light than crystal, and price 120 each.
20:32 i think gunsmith is better, you can upgrade it later to get buff at attachment. But on your style medic is better so i agree.

28:00 you must check the death Green Army, maybe they bought food or water and some other thing. Don't be to more kitty cat dude. In the forest scientist, green army, and Loners is not shoot you before you shoot first. Scary to much it's not to much help.
31:47 some other tips, everytime you see dark tall grass thats mean some anomali on or near there. thats will some help so you not get some burn when walking. and i recomended to put way point to you map, so you know way you wanna go it.
35:07 This you gonna do, go to near extraction point, when i'm i say near that mean to the place beetwen circle and not, specificly when you one step in countdown show but when you one step 1 out countdown not show. Drop some heavy loot on ground, that back to other loot. Make sure you have room and position for your leave behind loot, so you can loot back. Step in extraction area beetween the circle and ground loot, when countdown show; fast access the loot and Ctrl+click everything from that loot before times up, and you would get all.

Food/Water system might be tweak lower drop rate but higher when using med or drug. Alternatively, raise the maximum cap for both, and barman do sell more of water supply will do. Currently, the water/food need for early game just so needy and not to worry in mid to late game. Also sleeping take you to starve and thirst constantly because of you won’t go out in dark until have some kind of great light source.
Regarding the crystals: acquaint yourself with the G key dude! You can spam it to throw bolts and detect anomalies so you know the exact safe path to get to each crystal. Are they worth it? Idk, but they are needed for quests and I like picking them up on my way out of a raid.
Oh I'm aware of the bolts. I call it throwing mushrooms lol
