Victor Conte was smarter and more advanced than the testing systems at the time when he created BALCO. He did his time, and became an advocate for stronger testing. In turn the testing agencies hired him as a consultant. He’s genius when it comes to this field. It’s like the hacker who got hired by the government after he cracked their system.

Victor just admitted the results for the samples on the 19th and the 20th we're available 72 hours after the fight. So it does make you wonder why did they wait 2 weeks to bring the son because he just clearly said they expedite those urine tests during the day of the fight. And he said it takes 72 hours. That means after that Saturday night of the fight, they probably have the results by Tuesday and you mean to tell me that Devin Haney's dad and all them just now bringing this up two weeks later ? In my opinion you have to use common sense and I'm not even on either guy's side I could care less about Ryan Garcia I could care less about Devin Haney. I'm talking about common sense which means if Ryan was testing clean all the way up to April 3rd and then he wasn't tested at all until April 19th that means he would have had to take these substances between April 3rd and April 19th which is a little over 2 weeks. What would he gain by taking something in a 2 weeks span. Because these CZcamsrs are misleading people with how ostarine works. On the website it says the first week you might notice a slight gain in endurance or strength but it clearly says that you're not going to really see any full advantages unless you take a full cycle which is 6 to 8 weeks. But taking it for a week or two basically is it going to give you the smallest amount of gain if any. Because it said you might notice a slight gain. It didn't say you're going to notice immediate results the first 3 days you're going to be super pumped up and you're going to be burning fat and shredded, it didn't say that. It said you might notice a slight gain which means it's barely going to work unless you take it for the full cycle. And Ryan would have to do this which means he's going to get the smallest gain if any which doesn't really give him any type of big advantage or benefit, and he'd have to be doing this knowing he's going to get tested on April 19th and April 20th. So you have to use common sense with Ryan risk his whole reputation and livelihood to try to take a substance for 2 weeks that's not really going to even be effective unless you take it for 8 weeks and then the fact that the second stairway that was found was only in one of the samples which was on the 19th but it's not in the sample on the 20th. But no one's talking about this for some reason as if they don't want people to bring it up because people will start looking into it and seeing that the steroid actually stays in your system longer than the ostarine so people will start asking well why wasn't it in his system on the 20th. But I'm sure Victor and these guys will have some excuse that's why they said the stairway needs further testing and blah blah blah but in my opinion if it showed up in the 19th sample it should be in the sample from the 20th
