Tomato Achar/Golbheda ko Achar/Tomato Chatani
Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Tomato Chutney. Tomato ko Achar or Golbheda ko achar is one of the most popular instant achar recipe widely popular in Nepal. This tomato ko achar is very simple and easy to make. It can be made ready within 10 minutes. The sourness of the tomato is balanced with fresh coriander leaves, green chilies and salt while chopped onion provides crunchiness in the recipe. This tomato chutney is similar to Mexican tomato salsa which has a lot of freshness in it.

3 large tomatoes
1 small onion
2 green chilies
a handful fresh coriander
1½ tsp salt (adjust as per your taste)
1 tbsp mustard oil
