Totally agree on the fact they should offer the ES button box.
I had to buy two complete ES wheels just to use as donors for the Formula mod and the round wheel mod.
I have offered that suggestion to MOZA for quite some time... even the R9 v1 remaining stock should offer a button box.
I sold my V1 because it'd require a third-party (Acelith) formula mod be shipped from Italy just to get Formula or GT capability.

Totally gonna get this one when I finally save up to the r5. I play mostly Rbr so I am hoping I won't be missing much strength anyway
I had a r5 and in rally i set the ffb to 70-80%, or it feels to heavy and slow.

@@WerniW Was very happy with it, a friend tried it and wanted a dd base as well, so sold the r5 for cheap to him and got the r9 base.
@@WerniW I think you will be very pleased with it, is a great entry level dd base! :)

That coat is scary
I didn't need the paddle extenders at all. I don't smack the shift levers by accident while changing hand positions anymore....which only happened a few times.
This is great, unless you are early adopter of Moza who can't use their ES wheelrim(s). Moza, when will you release ES wheel for R9 v1 wheelbase?
it's a functional rim, and a good price. But, That ES Button plate look hideous to me. Even, if I didn't have the money, I would save up and get the CS V2 wheel. With the CS V2 wheel I could use my own rim.

I have made this suggestion in the moza racing discord and had lots of people agreeing with me. I'd love to have 3 es wheels, 1 with the original D shape, 1 with formula and 1 with the 12 inch. But that means I would just have 2 D rims laying around for no reason. Either buying the hub separately, or having a choice of rim to go with your es wheel on the page would be great. Having 3 of these rims end up being the same price as 1 CS, which I would rather. Since 3 wheels is cooler than 1
They reached back out, they won't sell ES Buttonbox separately without the wheel.
Those extensions for the paddle shifters, are they plastic or metal?

@@noahlange5102Acelith also have a formula ES mod. And I'm not keen on either of them. I think moza would do a better job of it.
@@51im yeah, I think what would be best tbh is a midrange Formula wheel, the same price/quality as the CS. It would sit nicely between the ES/GS, and they could make it 290/300mm so as to fit formula better (GS is slightly larger for GT racing too)

Moza wastes all there time making wheels and other accessories yet there's no games to use these on as most games are unsupported on moza
