in Last November I have been to Murudeswar and did Scuba diving just for Rs. 800, He missed that due to his fast faced journey!

Those strobe structures on the beach are artificially constructed stone Groynes. The stone were looking very small from up above in the drone shots. But they are big stones weighing 6 to 10 tons each.
They protect the shoreline from coastal erosion and help building additional beach in between the Groynes. They were placed particularly to protect the coastal Highway.
