  • Step by step guide on how to cook Sarciadong Isda / Sarciadong Tilapia
    ingredients:
    Cooking oil
    Fish - you can use Tilapia, Galunggong, Dalagang bukid or Bangus
    Salt - 1 teaspoon for Sauce
    Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
    Garlic - 1 whole, chopped
    Onion - 1 whole, chopped
    Egg - 1 medium size
    Tomato - 6 pcs, chopped
    Water - 400ml or 1 1/2 cup
    Procedure :
    High heat setting:
    Apply salt in fish then Fry it
    Set aside the fried fish
    How to make the sauce:
    Medium Heat setting:
    Saute the Garlic, Onion and Tomatoes
    After Sauteing, simmer it for 3 minutes
    After 3 minutes, Add water then crush the tomatoes so that it will extract juice
    Add in the ground black pepper and salt
    Cover the Pan for 8 minutes
    After 8 minutes, add the egg then stir it very well
    After stirring, put the Fried fish and turn off the heat
    Cover the pan and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

    Talagang maiintindihan at masusundan mo ng maigi ang bawat instruction....

      @@maebabila3568 tips lang kapag ilalagay mo na sa ref, siguraduhin mo na hindi na mainit yung pagkain. Para hindi mag produce ng moisture, yung moisture kasi ang maaaring maging sanhi ng pagka panis ng pagkain. Saka pag ang pgkain may kamatis, or may gata. Mas mainam na ma consume agad, may chance kasi na mapanisan k agad ng pagkain. Hope that answer your question. Thank you.

      sa asin po, depende po sa inyo kung gaano kadami o kakonti, I suggest ontian nyo lang po muna, then adjust na lang pagkakulang sa alat.Mas mahihirapan po kasi kayo mag adjust pag napadami lagay nyo ng asin. Sa paminta naman po, 1 teaspoon po.

      opo, patanggal nyo na lang po sa nagbebenta. Sabihin nyo po palinis yung mga isda, tatanngalin nila hasang, tinik at kaliskis.

      Pag nag prito po kayo, siguraduhin nyo po na mainit na yung mantika bago nyo po ilagay ang isda, malalaman nyo pong mainit na ang mantika kapag may kaunting usok na po sa ibabaw nito. Wag nyo po babaliktarin ang isda ng pwersahan, ang isda kapag na prito na po ng maayos, madali na pong baliktarin. Thanks for asking.
