This video made me think of what features a place I'd want to live in would have. I go to college in Claremont, CA, which is pretty much a suburban neighborhood. Over the summer, I was in Boston, and I loved the fact that I didn't need a car to get around! And it wasn't a loud city, at least where I stayed, which was nice! Thanks for having these thoughtful videos on your channel Taylor! I think this is one of the things I genuinely like about your channel -- the conversations are light-hearted but still deep and meaningful! (Also, love your necklace. :) )
There are outdoorsy things to do in the NYC area. You would have to leave Manhattan. There is a bus to Bear Mountain from the Port Authority. There is a ski club.
I would rationalize the high cost of living expenses with the built in public transportation system.
No insurance, maintenance and fuel costs built into high rent.
I'm curious if you might recommend a certain area of NYC?
You are great, you make a difference, thank you
🎉you are the best, your videos are great, thanks
🥰 thank you!
Honestly, NY is overhyped, ive found my dopamine spikes better when im in a city like Madrid in Spain or Austin in Texas
If you met people like that, can you ask them or can you help me find somebody who will sponsor me in my walk-a-thon fundraiser to end my homelessness? I would be so grateful!
Watch Van Neistat's video about nyc.
hey
obsessed with u
For me, I like to be relaxed and get my things done! I lived near NY in VA and visited WA and wasn’t impressed at all! There are quick transfer times in Atlanta GA and Birmingham AL and Huntsville AL but don’t have the many many different constant distractions and constant hustle and bustle just a life to live with amenities and great weather and not very expensive and very large living spaces! I think people like the diversity in NY which is high but also in all of America
you lookin' kinda shady there, Taylor 😛 #LikeABoss

I just want a normal job. 😮💨.
@@matthewk2388 thank you fot that. you are right. I just need to finish college and think about those things. It's like I woke up after three years of a severe depression and everything is different. I feel like I need to rush things up. Hope that you are doing alright as well.
@@matthewk2388 very good. take care of yourself and live a happy healthy life.
No offense, I love your content and Rogen laugh honestly cracks me up but this rubs me the wrong way. I lived in New York for over 10 years and it was the worst experience of my life. Expensive, segregation, crime, unkind people, rats. I mean, it's cool for hipsters and the privileged but it's shite for everybody else.
Well it's her honest opinion of how she sees the city. She hasn't been there as long as you and seems to have had a slight different experience. She's not saying your feelings aren't valid.
@@hop101 Yeah I was replying to Kirk Lewis
I visit NYC a lot from Connecticut. A lot of people there are nicer than people in my state, but Connecticut is known for being rude as well.
No. It's not worth it.
