When the guy started talking about thrifting, I was so shocked he got those amazing pieces at a thrift store for cheap. Miles is always fun to listen to in interviews.
You'd be amazed at what types of garments you can find at thrift stores. I found a pair of houndstooth pattern trousers priced at $4.00, the original tag was still attached and the price tag was $125.00
I bloody love this series! And, as a women but also a fashion enthusiast, I certainly appreciate that males of newer generations are more unapologetic and brave to embrace a bit of femininity to carve a new meaning to their masculinity. I find these lads from the street absolutely dandy! (In a good way, of course.)

Embrace a bit of feminity, now i understand that Dandy culture wants to castrate men and made them half woman half man. Scary trend. Sanna let men be men and women be women, otherwise British race become a minority in their own country! if men cannot be men around their women than its impossible to reproduce. Thanks to modern culture!
I wouldn't say it's embracing femininity. I would say it's taking pride in yourself. I started a long time ago when in the military, being in the field and dirty a lot. When we were out of the field I wanted to look nice. It's paid off because people think I'm 10 yrs younger than I really am.

I'm not sure when Miles Kane was in Liverpool last but I'm a scouser and I've been into dandyism from the age of 14 up and its almost got me killed many a time

Kudos to The Writer who mentioned The Temptations & James Brown. The Temptations really reinvented themselves like The Beatles did. They wore those Beautiful Dark Suits during their early days when My Girl (Written By Smokey Robinson & Ronnie White RIP), then Their Psychedelic Soul Phase with Norman Whitfield (Papa Was A Rolling Stone). When I watched the US Soap Opera Guiding Light there was an Actor Kelly Neal who played Lawyer Sid Dickerson who dressed impeccably like a "Buppie", then Kevin Mambo who played Musician Marcus Williams was more Artistic wearing Dashikis and the like.

i love those haircut style, thats how it used to be in Peru even in the little small towns till the early 90s, now mostly of the hair dressers are cutting like those extravagant regueaton maluma or j balvin, etc look making it so boring to do not see more of our old roots hair style.
