1 cup oatmeal.
50 g cranberries.
50g nuts.
1 banana.
1 apple.
50g oat flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

Las hice, pero quedaban muy secas y no se despegaban del papel, asi que agregué 1/3 de taza de aceite y se hornearon perfecto, también le añadí: Coco rayado y almendras y un poco de azúcar mascabado, quedaron doraditas y deliciosas!

Can some one please tell me the difference between oatmeal and "oat flakes". Google seems to equate oatmeal to "old fashioned oats", which they equate to "rolled oats" which they equate to oat flakes.
It's the same thing, just different words

그런데 저에게는 사실 조금 싱거워서 두 번째로 했을때는 소금을 아주 적게 조금 넣고, 레몬즙도 반개정도 넣었더니 더욱더 너무 맛있었네요~😊
참, 그리고 님의 영상이 좋은게 너무 많은데 전체적으로 시간이 너무 길어서 앞으로는 5분 이내로 제작해 주시면 지루하지 않게 더욱 더 좋을 것 같아요!
