How To Account For Cashback On Sam4S ER-900 / ER-920 / ER-940 Cash Registers Programming Tutorial

How to account for cashback on the Sam4S ER-900 series of cash registers, in the video we use the ER-940 register, but the process would be the same across the range. In this method we use the Received On Account 2 (R/A2) and Paid Out 2 (P/O 2) functions keys to account for the card 'over payment' and the cash going out the till.
Please watch the video all the way through to make sure you understand how this method renders on the end of day financial reports and that you understand how to do the programming. Please remember that you are responsible for the correct reporting and account for your business sales. This video is purely relaying information that is in the manual in a (hopefully) understandable format.
There is an alternative way of accounting for cash back on these registers, but its a totally different method and so will appear in a separate video. It may be worth watching both videos all the way through to make sure which method works best for your business.
