Her passive is easily the best in the game and completely changes the dynamics of fights
Her second perk buff with a -25 second cooldown is infinite white heals for the whole team
And her purple perk gives a guaranteed higher evo, a guaranteed gold knockdown and a guaranteed gold backpack. Do you not understand how much better that is over a care package weapon. Additionally if youre kitted you can take the self res, which shes the only legend in the whole game that can pull this off.
I think this split with her perks she's at least an A tier pick if not S tier
“Pro” player tier lists are often delusional and out of touch to many casual players who play the game. Lifeline is not D tier she’s actually really good especially toward end game.

Mirage res regen perks is one of the best perks in game right now, due to teammates being invis for 3 seconds after res... that guarantees you at least 50hp+ and reposition to pop a bat without being visible. This list is trash
Nobody ever explains how mirage is easy to spot, they just say “you can tell over time”. I don’t see him enough to get a feel for it, but when I do, I just shoot anything or whatever shoots at me first. Some obvious consistent clue that can be shared?
It’s tough if they pop ult behind cover tbh, but pay attention to which way he runs when he initially pops it and you’ll see his arms flash blue right before he disappears then you kinda have to gauge where he’s gonna be off how his clones move. You’ll see him become visible again and then you pop him he’ll also likely be the mirage looking right at you. It really is something you just pick up fighting him
Also I have seen where if they are playing with ballistic or conduit the aura from the ultimate or tactical just stays on the original mirage. if there shield upgrades it also just does the actual mirage, and if they are in water or sliding the visual effect of running through water or sliding only applies to actual mirage.
One has a gun. And is a tad bit brighter than the rest especially when they hit their ult you watch for the one mirage not to "flicker". But that's with bad mirage ults. A good mirage will have you running in circles
@@McVilla1N Yep exactly. Running mirage in master and people still don't know what to do with his ult if you use it properly. Never, ever panic shoot after popping the ultimate. Wait for the enemy to make a move, and you can almost always reposition and one clip someone

There is not accuracy in the gravity lift anymore. It’s due to people being able to aim and practicing it. And even if they lessened the accuracy at all if possible in the lift, people who play her will still find a way to do it. Idk why you think there should be another nerf. It’s definitely nowhere near the level it was seasons back.

Lifeline is a must pick. Double revive is ridiculous dude. At least A tier. Revive is meta now. Mirage is b or C tier. Unless you're playing with some really good players. Lifeline is needed.

Idk , I feel what everyone is saying but it feels like most the people commenting probably play more Pub then Ranked . I feel lifeline is cool until you’re dealing with an aggressive team. Same for mirage , he’s so fun to play BUT once you’re playing with people that recognize his ultimate it’s getting sniffed out every time.
@@DaSkolaMannah youre wrong. If a lifeline is in the final zones, that team probably has 2 maybe 3 gold knockdown shields, 100 batteries, and at least 2 red armours 😂 you must not be playing ranked.

@@DaSkolaManI play ranked exclusively unless it’s a map I dislike and I switch to pubs for that day. Even against an aggro team lifeline is amazing her res only takes a few seconds and if your teammate is behind some sort of cover they’re fine. Being able to tap res and give cover fire is amazing
Maybe people should get better at fighting if Horizon is really still pissing someone like you off because there’s just a little little bit of accuracy still in the lift. Even on controller, it’s hard to aim in it. There’s no reason to nerf it more.

I would say her movement is top tier with that passive and her tac is balanced too which i agree. Imo shes obly S because shes one of the best entry fraggers with her ult if used right, last split rev kinda replaced horizon with the crazy ult and tac but now shes better than rev or i would even say on the same level as him due to the nerfs

Ash being above Mirage and Lifeline is crazy! I think with Seer’s buffs Ash has officially become the worst Legend in the game. Still love her though as she is my main. I think a close second worst Legend to her would be between Ballistic and Vantage.

Fuse is low because people don't bunker down anymore and fights are deathbally. Sheila and Crypto are up because fights are slow and they bunker down. WUTT?
yes - fights are people not staying in the same spot and fighting as a ball
how ever, there is a lot more downtime in the early/mid game when fights are not breaking out where Rampart can get to an endgame spot and setup. Before the mid game was more fight focused and there wasnt any time for her to setup
I never understood why wraith is placed in the S tier, although there are so many legends in the tier below, but with great useful effects. P.s At least before she had a much smaller model than other legends, but the developers fixed that

pick rate doesnt = good, newcastle is one of the best legends in the game and has an insanely low pick rate.
you also dont need the evo cache if you plan a proper rotation and hit assault/support bins

Got all these triple stacks and sad people abusing support legends controller legends scan legends fuse with constant revives making up for their mistakes deteriorating their real skill, all these abilities fighting for them, sitting in rooms of buildings with fences and gas and wall hacks giving them kills but Horizon players still figuring out how to aim in the lift (which takes practice now) is something you ask to be nerfed. Wow.
I know this man did not just put Ash above Fuse. In my opinion, Ash is below D tier, she sucked ass in Season 11 and still sucks ass now. Fuse is probably the most annoying legend to fight in the game, everytime I spawn there's always at least 10 Fuses in my area shooting their knuckle clusters at me and only me.
If gravity lift should be relocation ability only then buff the dam speed, i die around 25% when i use lift to pop a battery, people are getting better, and its just easy to kill a horizon on lift.
Also buff her ult a bit because its a 3.5Minute cooldown ult that is almost always getting destroyed before or shortly after it does any impact.

Holy this is a shit tier list. Lifeline even now is/was still used in scrims for worlds by aurora and other team tested her too. And she is by no means bad in ranked. Mirage is maybe not A tier but he is at least C tier if not more realistic B tier. And Newcastle is not S tier he has the hitbox of a freaking fridge and is no where as useful as this videos make him out to be in low elo the players dont know how to use him and in high elo he is a gigantic walking target with utility that is just straight up worse than Gibi who is the legend that takes the same/similar enough role. Crypto is not broken simply because of the amount of coordination you need to play him with your team. Mad Maggie is B tier ult is way too inconsistent her drill while good can be completely useless on certain maps and part of maps. Ash is c tier no idea how she was even put into b tier. Wattson is A tier unless you are completely cracked on her.
